You can escape to our pet-friendly holiday house in San Pablo City, perfect for groups of 8-10 people. Kingston House is located in a quiet residential area, making it an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. This fully furnished, spacious open-plan lounge and dining area is ideal for unwinding and enjoying quality time with loved ones. The house features 2 air-conditioned rooms, including a master's bedroom with a double bed and an extended bedroom with a queen-size bed and double-sized bunk bed. It has 2 bathrooms with complete amenities. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, basic condiments, kitchenware, gas stove with electric oven, electric kettle and toaster. Enjoy the outdoor garden area, while relaxing or having a BBQ. The village amenities include a shared outdoor pool, children's playground and basketball. Guests are free to swim from 10am to 6pm for a 2 hour slot / 4 pax, please note pool is closed every Monday for cleaning schedule. Home entertainment amenities include unlimited Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, mini karaoke, and various board games to choose from you'll have everything you need for a memorable stay. If you are feeling peckish there are several home stores around the neighbourhood. There are also convenient stores right outside the village such as Dali and 7/11. We are just 5 mins drive from City Mall in Tagpuan sa Villa Escudero in Tiaong where you will have plenty of options for food and drinks and 30mins drive to SM San Pablo. Other options of food delivery is accepted 24/7. Our home is located within the boundary of San Pablo Laguna and Tiaong, Quezon making it an ideal stop to plenty of tourist attractions, such as Villa Escudero Plantation, Pagsanjan Falls, Bato Falls & the Seven crater lakes, close to hot spring resorts in Pansol, Laguna and beaches of Laiya, Quezon and Batangas.
