The hotel is quite big, the staff is very welcoming, and check-in and check-out are quick. Hotel hot water beds are not bad, breakfast is more mexican, there are dozens of it, there are all kinds of colored paste-like things. However, there are some fried eggs, bread, juice, tea, and coffee acceptable to Chinese tourists.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Great location. Rooms are quiet and nice sized. The rooftop has an incredible view to the cathedral and great cocktails people! If you get to stay here please try their chilaquiles and fresh coffee. Hotel did a great job of maintaining COVID safety measures.

A fabulous hotel at the entrance of San Miguel. The location is great, although is not right at the center of the city it turned out to be better for us (you avoid the noise of the fireworks all night long). The rooms where clean, spacious and with a beautiful style. The lady at the reception was really nice and helpful. And the swimming pool is amazing. But! The Jewel of our stay was the hotel itself, is decorated in such an exquisite way! It looks like an antique store, full of details and beautiful objects! Will definitely stay again here in my next visit to San Miguel de Allende.

There is no air conditioning in the room, so you can only cover it with a blanket at night. It's good to eat nearby. Room facilities are also relatively old. But the courtyard restaurant downstairs is good for taking pictures.
