Mi reservación la hice para 4 personas y en el check in del hotel me dijeron que solo estaba una habitación para 2 personas, no tenian ventiladores ni aires acondicionados

I was staying here to check out the Long Term Care facility Cietos Lindos, which is in the same development. I arrived in he wee hours of the morning and was checked in by a security person, who put me in the wrong wrong and charged me too much. When I protested, she said I could sort it out in the morning. I tried without success to sort it out several times during my stay. The following day, they had me move to the correct room. In the end, I was charged two nights in the wrong room, and in addition, the full stay in the wrong room. Despite their assurances that they would refund me, and despite giving them three options for returning the difference, there is no sign of the money they overcharged me. I wouldn't stay here again.

Totally relaxing, the hotel offers silence, tranquility, contact with nature, and the hot springs are highly recommended... Yes, it's worth it! San Miguel de Allende is close by for a nice getaway, as well as Atotonilco. It is advisable to bring groceries to cook your meals there.
