Totalmente relajante, en el hotel hay silencio, tranquilidad, contacto con la naturaleza, las aguas termales muy recomendables... Sí lo vale! Cerca está San Miguel de Allende para una buena escapada, además de Atotonilco. Es recomendable llevar despensa para cocinar ahí los alimentos muy agusto.

We spent nearly a month at this hotel. It was extremely uncomfortable and the hospitality was appalling. We were double charged for our laundry, made to feel like we were stealing and then subsequently charged if we wanted more than 2 small bottles of water each day. We were expected to keep a wet dirty towel to reuse at the pool in our room. I put it on the floor as there was nowhere to dry it. The maid then set it on top of our clothes. These and other things seem rather small and petty but put together it displayed a real lack of hospitality. The room lacked a comfortable chair to sit in and the list goes on. It would be fine for an overnight but not OK for an extended stay. We didn’t mind the nursing home patients in the building and made friends with a couple of them but we did mind the feeling that our needs as hotel guests were secondary and that we were basically in the way. It was a very bad experience. These folks need a class in hospitality.
