Pied à Terre at Casitas Aparicio

My daughter got married in SMA. As soon as we had the address of where the wedding was going to be, I searched for a place to stay. Pied-A-Terre was 4 houses down from where they were. This is a multi-level home with private casitas. We rented 4 of them and we were fortunate that it was just the 7 of us that stayed the whole week. It was like having a private home just for us. The accommodations were beautiful and clean, well appointed and fully equipped with full kitchens and all the things you need to prepare meals, etc. There are a lot of steps to get to your casita but well, well worth it! And the view from the community terrace is fantastic! You can see the whole city! Petra who oversees the property in SMA is so friendly and helpful. She is quick to respond to your needs and requests. What'sApp is the best way to communicate. We arrived late at night and she met us. I had asked if she could buy us some breakfast items (we reimbursed her) so we had coffee and some things to eat the next morning before we got a chance to shop for what we needed for the week. The staff were helpful and accommodating during our stay with whatever we needed them to assist us. They come daily but we only had them do things every couple of days. Even did our laundry for a fee! The property is a 5-10 min walk downhill to the main square. Little bodega 3 doors down. Major market place is 10 minute walk away as well. I truly cannot say enough about Pied-A-Terre! Cannot wait to go back!

This is the perfect place to stay in San Miguel de Allende. It is only 2 short blocks from the Centro. Very easy walk. The 3 room casita had a kitchen, living room, bedroom and new bathroom with good shower. Very comfortable bed with high quality linens. Lovely balcony off the bedroom with great view up the hillside. Fabulous common patio area. Great place to stay, excellent management and owner.
