Pésima estadía nos quedamos sin luz toda la tarde y noche se fundieron varios focos por la situación . Al otro día no había agua para bañarse. Desde que llegamos la televisión no servía . Se disculpan contigo por no darte los servicios básicos y te dan su palabra de regresarte parte de lo que pagaste y no te regresan nada . No te dan la cara ni te contestan . Si no quieres tener la peor experiencia de tu vida en hospedaje de hotel por favor no vayas al HOTEL MISIÓN SAN MIGUEL ALLENDE.

En general esta muy abandonado todo, no había agua caliente 2 días y 1 de ellos no había agua en la habitación
Eso si el personal es muy amable

Una muy mala experiencia, la habitación súper anticuada, sucia, con ruido toda la noche y lo peor de todo sin cortinas, nos entraba la luz toda la noche. La cama incomoda y las almohadas peor. Lo único bonito son los jardines, pero la alberca helada. La gerente como si no existiera y me comentan no tienen departamento de servicio al cliente. En conclusión si no te gusta no vuelvas

Hotel muy viejo, las fotos engañan
Teníamos una habitación que indicaba ser de lujo, y era una habitación muy vieja, con mucho ruido de la calle , el aire acondicionado era un ventilador enfriador que se enchufaba y no enfriaba nada, pasamos mucho calor, la piscina era muy fría y no le pega el sol. Se fue el agua y los baños de uso común estaban llenos y nadie pasó a limpiarlos incluso cuando había llegado el agua. La verdad el calor fue lo peor y no tener agua para bañarnos al llegar en la noche. Pero es mucho más viejo de lo que se ve en las fotos y por el precio pagado no vale la pena.

When we arrived after 3 which was our check in time, we were told that there was a problem and that the hotel didn’t have electricity but they would have it fixed within the hour. We decided to go out to see more of the town, thinking all would be well when we returned. We returned to the hotel after 10 pm to find that a few of the hotel’s guests were fighting with management over still not having working electricity. The lights were going on and off all night and the fan was barely working at all. In the morning when we woke up, we ate breakfast (which may have been the only decent thing about the place) and afterwards found that there was no working water. Not to shower, wash your hands, nothing. Overall the only nice thing about this place is the food and the general staff who later gave us a refund for our troubles. Additionally a PSA for anyone who suffers from altitude sickness or is specifically affected by heat, there is no air conditioning. The best you’ve got is a small fan and opening a few windows.

Nada funciona correctamente, alberca con agua helada, la TV del cuarto no sirve, sin agua caliente en el cuarto, fallas de luz, y sin camastros o sillas suficientes en áreas públicas.
Un total fraude!
