las 2 habitaciones que rente estaban llenas de humedad, 1 de ellas sin internet, el papel de baño de lo mas corriente, no servía la persiana, el patio no se parecía nada a la foto que ponen. tienen muchas areas de oportunidad.

Teníamos una reservación para el día de hoy y al llegar la puerta del hotel estaba cerrada, toqué y marqué por teléfono y no respondieron, fuimos a comer y regresamos pensando que por alguna razón no hubiera alguien pendiente y nada, terminamos buscando otro hotel y jamás me respondieron el teléfono porque seguí hablando para asegurarme de que no me hagan un cobro por no haber llegado, que espero no suceda.

Tenía muchas expectativas del hotel por ser 4 estrellas y por el precio, sin embargo el hotel no es en lo mínimo un hotel de esta categoría, tiene habitaciones cómodas, pero es una simple casa, no tiene instalaciones de hotel, hay mejores opciones. La atención, no es la mejor por parte de los empleados. San Miguel de Allende es muy costoso, por eso se puede opcional por hospedarse en Guanajuato, que está muy cerca y también hay mucho que hacer y ante todo es más económico; pero si decides quedarte en San Miguel, busquen otra opción de hotel aunque sea de menor categoría.
