You must choose this hotel if you want being bugged My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. As there is a connection door inside the room, the sound proof is really really bad, we can clearly hear the conversation from the adjacent room. The family who lived adjacent slept late and got up very early, the child kept shouting and this woke me and my husband up. After that, we reached the reception and requested to have a room change, but the female reception staff refused. She said there was no other available rooms with the same price, she said we needed to PAY BY OURSELVES to upgrade another room style. I said it is not acceptable because it is your hotel's problem, if the hotel has a good sound proof wall, we would not hear sound from the adjacent room, but the female staff insisted this was the customer’ problem, not the hotel's problem and would not change any room for us. And at last she proposed to change our room with an upgrade fee €80. It is so radicular that the staff refused to give any help to us and just only asked us to pay more. As a result, we were woken up by the adjacent sound at 7:12am on the first day and 6:49am on the second day , the adults kept talking, the child kept shouting and running, and we could not sleep anymore. It was a very bad experience and we are very disappointed. We recommend everyone NOT to choose this hotel.

✅ Swim up room - spacious and lovely ✅ Sun on swim up pool from around 9am-3pm ✅ AI drinks and bar service ✅ Cleaning ✅ Topped up Mini Bar daily ✅ Italian Restaurant 🆗 Buffet Food 🆗 Steak Restaurant 🆗 Entertainment 🆗 Dream Factory snacks ⛔ Mosquitos ⛔ Ants ⛔ Wind and cloud ⛔ No wine in mini bar - only beer ⛔ No welcome drinks, robes, slippers ⛔ Late check out not possible Hidden info...There is a Book Swap bookshelf in the Club House 📚 If you are a smoker there are only very small designated smoking/vaping areas. Definitely get the app, it's used for everything (drinks, restaurant menus, bar opening times, map of the hotel). I would recommend booking your restaurants and checking in before you go. The adult only pool and swim up areas are lovely for couples but this is definitely a hotel for families.

Overall we had a fantastic stay and if you have this hotel booked then please do not worry. I definitely think it is worthy of its 5 star status. Would I come adult only? Probably not. Checked in online and when arrived at the hotel it was very quick but there wasn’t any queues as only 2 families arrived alongside us. I would definitely do this and keep checking to book restaurants and shows as when we were here there was hardly any availability. Your wrist band is your room key and also will be scanned for the a la carte restaurants and if you are buying ice creams etc and you will be charged to your room. Only ice cream on AI is round pots of various flavours. Junior suite over looking the road…didn’t bother us as it had sun late afternoon and was very quiet and private! It would be extremely loud and noisy if you had a room overlooking pools/cqstle and they didn’t seem very private as on the door top terrace at night it felt like the balconies were on top of you. Soap, shampoo etc in the showers. Hairdryer in bathroom. Iron and ironing board in the wardrobe area. Very spacious room and we had a double balcony. Plenty of pillows etc. It was clean but I felt it could have been cleaner. Bits on the floor weren’t brushed up and a dead squashed fly on the shower trim from the day we arrived so obviously wasn’t wiped down. Sunbed situation - the same as most hotels. Don’t reserve beds but everyone reserves. As long as you are out by 8am, you will get a bed. Later in the day I saw them bring more sun loungers for those who didn’t have. Weekends were busier with day pass visitors in the hotel. Pools - children’s splash and slide area were where the majority of the entertainment happened. It was very loud around this area and the other pools were a lot quieter. The children’s pools were heated and felt like a bath! Rubber rings etc were being used in the ankle level splash area. It is slippery but nothing out of the ordinary. Our 2 year old would run bare foot and didn’t really fall. Slides get busy but the kids love them. Only allowed to go one at a time and adults aren’t allowed on the green slide. They are very strict - but safety first. Weather - last week of July - we had one cloudy day and 2 windy days. The windy days weren’t cold but if you were wet then yes you are going to get cold! It didn’t bother our 2 year old but it bothered us. The wind would blow over the parasols. We were shocked. It would possibly put me off returning but then again I was expecting the wind daily which was not the case. For a weeks stay we were entitled to book two professional shows and 3 a la cartes. The shows in the theatre you could book were far too loud and dark for our toddler: so we didn’t attend but they looked amazing. Always a singer on the terrace at night. Lots of families playing games etc. kids having fun. Karaoke/quiz in the sports bar. There is so much entertainment going on throughout the day and I witnessed many children in the kids

Cannot complain about the hotel activities and entertainment which was full of variety! A couple of suggestions though, we experienced very high winds, 2 days we couldn’t put the parasols up so if travelling with little ones you need to find beds with natural shade and also take travel cups, you have to use plastic cups around the pool which I don’t mind but they aren’t the best, someone else mentioned this in a review and wish I’d took their advice! Mosquitos are another problem, bitten really badly so if you are susceptible seek some advice before going

Absolutely not 5* worthy. 2* at most maybe 3*. Checkin takes forever. There is a special lane for precheckin and loyalty members, but they dont use it. So every one stays in one single queue. A lot of things are broken. Toilets near the lobby cant close the doors, in the hallways the rugs from the floors are loose, and in the room paint is coming of the walls and ceilings, and our room had a broken towel rack, dirty bath with hairs, and shower with almost no water pressure. The food is terrible. The standard comment on other reviews "we have a menuwheel blablabla wide satisfaction blablabla" does not apply: its not the variety, its that food is just plain cold.. Today we had even frozen! Hotdogs...... Other food is overcooked (and cold) whilst the icecream is too warm, and thus more a milkshake. Everything is absolutely disgusting. We regret with every fiber of booking this hotel, and are sincerely thinking of switching to another hotel, after only 1 day. Dont go here. There are really much better 3*, 4*, and 5* hotels on Tenerife Update of this morning: thats it. Cocktroaches in the restaurant, and a raw (not boiled) egg. We are leaving this mess.
