Abbiamo scelto questo locale perché abbastanza comodo rispetto ai diversi posti da visitare. Abbiamo scoperto un posto fantastico, immerso nel verde, con numerosi sentieri a pochi metri, per scoprire il Carso. E poi, la famiglia Devetak, sesta generazione di gestori, che ci ha coccolato durante tutto il soggiorno: sempre molto gentili e disponibili. Le camere sono molto spaziose, arredate con semplicitá, con mobili antichi, tutto legno compreso un bellissimo parquet, in una zona davvero molto silenziosa. Colazione con prodotti locali molto buoni, una frittata con le erbe e il formaggio fatta al momento, davvero deliziosa, e accoglienti.

Wir haben bereits zum dritten Mal ein wunderbares und kreatives Abendessen genossen. Die Gerichte mit lokalem Touch werden von sehr guten Weinen begleitet. Ein Plus ist die Möglichkeit vor Ort in gemütlichen Zimmern zu übernachten und ein ein reichhaltiges Frühstück zu genießen. This is the third time we have enjoyed a wonderful and creative dinner. The dishes with a local touch are accompanied by very good wines. A plus is the possibility to stay on site in cosy rooms and enjoy a rich breakfast.

Sono stata più volte ospite della Lokanda Devetak e mai delusa. Avgustin e la sua famiglia sono estremamente cortesi e disponibili. Ci si sente davvero coccolati. Le camere sono spaziose e accoglienti. La colazione fantastica, con una scelta vasta di prodotti locali di alta qualità. Consiglio anche la cena, i piatti sono ottimi e la carta dei vini davvero eccellente Bravissimi!

Un angolo di paradiso nelle colline friulane. Noi abbiamo preso il menù di degustazione di sei portate e ogni singolo piatto è stato sorprendente...avrei continuato a mangiare solo per golosità. Tutto veramente ottimo compreso il servizio. Complimenti alla chef e a tutto il team.

Ambiente carino, tranquillo. Cibo "buonino" non ho trovato piatti di particolare entusiasmo. Un po' deluso da antipasti ed i dolci. Servizio professionale ma freddino (verso i foresti?) e lento. Prezzi nella norma.

Siamo stati alla locanda Devetak per una cena, un pernottamento ed una colazione. Esperienza culinaria eccellente; preparazione dei piatti, descrizione delle pietanze, ricerca delle materie prime di livello altissimo. Una cantina molto bene fornita, con abbinamenti veramente competenti. I proprietari e tutto il personale sono molto attenti, preparati e competenti. L'accoglienza ottima. I piatti della tradizione in parte rivisitati, raccontano la loro storia in modo sapiente. La camera dove abbiamo pernottato molto bella, ben arredata e confortevole: di livello superiore. Abbiamo concluso con una colazione che ha mantenuto il livello altissimo. Degustazione di prodotti del territorio, di questo meraviglioso Carso, raccontati ed accompagnati dai racconti del proprietario che ci ha ulteriormente avvicinato a questa realtà e ci farà tornare molto presto.
