Rund um ein gutes Hotel

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Albergo San Michele con la mia famiglia dal 12 al 16 agosto, nella camera 210. La camera è stata una piacevole sorpresa: spaziosa, confortevole e ben pulita. Il condizionatore funzionava perfettamente, mantenendo una temperatura piacevole senza essere invasivo, un aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Tuttavia, l'esperienza al ristorante è stata deludente. Il cibo e il servizio sono stati ben al di sotto delle aspettative. Il servizio è stato spesso confusionario, con i secondi piatti che arrivavano prima dei primi. Nonostante le nostre richieste al personale, molte cose non venivano portate al tavolo, costringendoci a chiedere più volte. Praticamente ogni giorno ci venivano serviti bicchieri sbeccati e taglienti, tanto che negli ultimi due giorni abbiamo rinunciato a richiederne la sostituzione. La prima mattina alle 9 erano già finite tutte le brioches, un disservizio inaccettabile per un hotel di questa categoria. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, la qualità era deludente: la pasta era spesso scotta e la cena di pesce era composta interamente da prodotti surgelati. Un episodio spiacevole è stato quando una forchetta mi è caduta davanti al cameriere, che non si è neanche degnato di cambiarla. A peggiorare ulteriormente la situazione, durante il pranzo abbiamo assistito a un litigio acceso tra il maitre e un cameriere, durato più di cinque minuti, rendendo l'atmosfera estremamente imbarazzante. Inoltre, la nostra bambina ha ordinato una semplice pasta al burro, ma il burro è arrivato solo dopo tre richieste e dieci minuti di attesa, seguito da altri dieci minuti per il formaggio. Per quanto riguarda la spiaggia, nulla da segnalare, tutto nella norma. Le ragazze dell'animazione erano simpatiche e gentili, anche se definire il loro servizio come "animazione" è forse un po' eccessivo. In conclusione, non consiglierei questo posto, soprattutto considerando i prezzi davvero elevati, quasi 400 euro a notte. Un'esperienza che purtroppo non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative.

Tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, super beheiztes Schwimmbad, Strandservice top. Und die Küche war ein Traum. Alle waren sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht. Es war uns eine Freude und wir werden wieder kommen. Danke!

I stayed in this hotel for one night and I must say that it was a pleasant discovery. Basic but clean room, friendly staff and good quality breakfast with sweet and savory options. The only negative note is the wellness area with Turkish bath and Kneipp path not working but it is an aspect that has a marginal impact on the overall stay. I absolutely recommend it.

Hotel in an excellent location between the beach and the centre, we have stayed there several times and it has never disappointed us. Beautiful rooms, spacious and spotless, quiet and therefore excellent for resting! Definitely sumptuous buffet breakfast, sweet and savory, very refined restaurant, ad hoc menu for children. The swimming pool is very beautiful and also has bar service. For the little ones, small swimming pool, play area and entertainment. Staff and owners are always very kind, and smiles at the end of the season are not so obvious! Thanks for everything and see you next summer!

We are staying these days in this family hotel. Nice, clean hotel, swimming pool suitable for children and very well looked after. Including beach (very close) with sunbeds and umbrellas. The food is amazing. Wonderful entertainment, lots of games, sand castles on the beach, very fun play area (my twins always want to be there!!). In the evening there is a fantastic mini disco, the entertainment girls dance very well and involve the children. My children have become very fond of the girls!!!!! Everyone is good, friendly and helpful!!!! Highly recommended
