Excellent place to disconnect very attentive staff only the shower does not allow regulating the hot and cold water or it comes out cold or it comes out hot very badly there

The property is fine but we tried multiple times to contact staff with questions and they couldn’t be bothered. Even when we were there the staff had to be distracted from their cell phones to help us. Restaurant was much better. Probably the nicest facility around but I would not go back due to lack of customer service.
