Very accomodating staff, and rooms are as features. Very clean rooms. My kids enjoyed the facilities- playgrnd, pool and unli smores. Overall, it's a 10/10.

They called me to ask if everything was satisfactory which was nice if they meant it, i told them the shower wasn't working and they just carried on to say if i needed anything just to call them, not even listening to my reply. Lack of diredtions a bit of a maze. But i must say the beds were very comfortable and the restaurant staff were excellent.

It's a good hotel with a great view, delicious breakfast, and a lot to do. However, there are some drawbacks. There's nothing to do around the area. There are a few things to do in the hotel, but you need a car to go anywhere. And although it's okay in July and August, the water in the pool is too cold to use from November to February. It's okay if you like cold water friction, but if you take children, it can be difficult if the weather is not right. If you order a la carte at the restaurant, the food is very low quality for the price. I've been to over 40 four-star and five-star hotels in Asia. Please refer to this.

We had an amazing time at Timberland Highlands Resort! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and every moment was memorable. The s'mores night and movie under the stars were such delightful experiences, creating warm and cozy memories. The infinity pool offered breathtaking views and was the perfect spot to relax. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a sumptuous spread that catered to all our cravings.
We can't wait to return for another unforgettable getaway!

Will definitely come back! Price is worth the amenities and facilities! Relaxing for families! Not perfect but given it’s just an hour drive from Manila will make us come back again and experience other activities!!
