Beautiful structure. Friendly staff. Adequate services. However, the outdoor parking lot was full on Saturday evening due to restaurant customers, so much so that they were unable to park. Furthermore, when we arrived the room was cold: in my opinion, if guests arrive, the environment must be prepared to be comfortable (and this also considering the standard of the hotel and the related costs). Very nice spa with heated pool, sauna and Turkish bath (for a fee).

Residenza d’epoca vicina all’uscita della E45 che con il suo ampio parco occupa praticamente gran parte del paese di San Martino in Campo. Durante il nostro soggiorno parte degli spazi esterni erano in ristrutturazione facendo intravvedere un risultato che apparirà sicuramente grandioso. Location anche per matrimoni ed eventi. Ampio parcheggio all’esterno della struttura. Gli spazi comuni sono sicuramente il fiore all’occhiello della residenza dotata anche di SPA che non abbiamo provato. Sala colazione molto luminosa ricavata sul retro della struttura sotto un’ampia veranda in ferro e vetro. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera Classic abbastanza ampia e dotata di tutti i comfort. Bagno non molto ampio e dotato purtroppo di una vasca con doccia, oltretutto senza tendina con gli immaginabili effetti indesiderati. Receptionist molto gentili e pronti a risolvere prontamente ogni necessità. Da tornarci a ristrutturazione completata.

We stayed one night. The restaurant was fully booked (I have never experienced this before in a large hotel). The Spa was overcrowded with noisy young people. So I can only comment on the room. The room was spacious and clean with a good shower. I would not stay again as there are other hotels in the area that provide a more cost effective service, given the limitations I experienced.

Non c'è due senza tre..
Per il week end di San Valentino siamo stati in questa splendida struttura (per la terza volta) circondata da un meraviglioso parco. La camera molto bella, arredata con gusto e con una splendida vista sul parco. Una chicca e' stata la presenza di un comodo e romantico letto a baldacchino. Bagno funzionale e molto luminoso . Nonostante il ristorante fosse chiuso per lavori , abbiamo potuto festeggiare San Valentino cenando nelle ex Scuderie , ambiente raffinato e ottimo menu..Il buffet colazione soddisfacente per scelta e qualità. Abbiamo usufruito della spa , molto pulita e ben attrezzata. Il personale tutto sempre gentile e premuroso.
