For travelers, it's the best start upon arrival. The rooms are spacious and bright. They are very clean. The staff is first-rate. They help you with everything during your stay in a truly pleasant place, making the experience of this beautiful place soar. I would return again and again, at any time of year, even in the middle of August. San Martin de los Andes is a jewel of Argentine Patagonia. No matter how you look at it, the hotel makes it unbeatable. It has a very good, varied, and well-prepared breakfast. It's clear that it's designed for all nature-loving travelers, and that its breakfast menu should be designed for skiers who must maintain a balanced diet, which it has. Me gustó mucho este hotel , con una excelente ubicación céntrica . Buen desayuno. Habitación amplia. Estacionamiento. Solo como negativo, diría que los colchones son viejos y se sienten los resortes. Fuera de eso, me parece recomendable, y volvería a ir.

Quando chegamos no hotel fomos bem atendidos, com cordialidade e preocupação com nossa estadia. O atendente foi simpático e a suíte é maravilhosa, parece um chalé, com cama excelente, no último andar, banheira e super limpo. Hotel é peculiar, diferente, cheiroso e merece uma estadia.

se quedo en el tiempo. el desayuno aceptable, la pileta bien pero el lugar podria ser modernizado y tener cosas mas nuevas. Es como viajar a los 80 ya que todo esta exactamente igual que cuando lo inauguraron. las camas son chicas, los baños viejos. la atencion se llevar un punto a favor ! vas a esquiar y no tenes donde secar la ropa!

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel, si bien obviamente habían detalles más que nada de mantenimiento a mejorar , es un hotel sumamente cómodo, tanto en sus instalaciones como en su localización, prolijo, limpio, y su personal es sumamente agradable. El desayuno es amplio, variado y de excelente calidad.

Muy buen hotel. Habitaciones amplias y una excelente ubicacion: cerca de todo. Desayuno completisimo. Atención del personal muy buena. Tuve en problema con una canilla en el baño y el personal lo solucionó en diez minutos. Realmente una muy buena experiencia en San Martín de los Andes.

La pasamos pésimo en este hotel,nos hospedamos del 20 al 24 de feb de 2024. Llegamos en un viaje de familia,ya al ingresar nos hicieron subir las valijas a nosotros xq no tenian servicio de maletero siendo un 4 estrellas,al ingresar a la habitación nos encotramos con un colchón pequeño y vencido,si te acostabas los pies te quedaban en altura,las paredes todas deterioradas y manchadas,lo mismo que las puertas,en el baño la bañadera se encontraba rajada y las canillas con faltantes de accesorios,las recepcionistas cuando bajamos a manifestarle la situación se nos rieron en la cara diciendonos que si no nos gustaba que fueramos a otro hotel,dentro del frigobar solo podias encontrar dos botellas de agua,no tiene servicio de restaurant ni de ningún tipo,lo único que correspondía a la categoria del hotel que dicen es el desayuno que era completo.Tema pileta con el agua por la mitad con muchísima falta de mantenimiento y en el gimnasio las caminadoras con carteles que decian:no funciona. Realmente es una estafa este hotel nose como pueden conservar las 4 estrellas xq claramente estan estafando a la gente,no se condice en nada con un hotel 4 estrellas.

Ya había estado en este hotel, lo han modernizado bastante, sigue siendo un excelente hotel. Muy bien ubicado !! El estacionamiento es amplio y seguro. Buen desayuno. El personal es engeneral muy amable y preocupado. Lo que si el sistema de tarjetas magneticas funciona regular.
