Calida y acogedora hosteria céntrica. La habitación espaciosa y cómoda al igual que el baño. Limpieza impecable, excelente atención y desayuno. Descanso reparador y silencioso a pesar de ser fin de semana. El desayuno esta hecho con productos de calidad y frescos en el momento según elección. Solo habría que mejorar las condiciones de la piscina, es por eso que no les doy la máxima puntuación.

De lo mejor de san martin de los andes, habitacion enorme con yacuzi y hogar a leña cama hiper grande comodisima, ubicacion perfecta centrica y 3/4 calles del lago, la piscina impresionante, y la amabilidad del personal para destacar un lujo todo!!!

O hotel é verdadeiramente um Spa além da sauna e piscina o ambiente é muito charmoso e sofisticado, com restaurante que serve muito bem, o café da manhã é ótimo e feito com muito carinho e atenção. Têm uma casa de vinhos dentro do hotel da Silvana o motivo da gente conhecer o hotel, ela é da família e já nós conhecemos em outra viagem ela é maravilhosa. O hotel 🏨 é maravilhosa, limpo, sofisticado ,elegante, o Lucas que nós atendeu é um superhost sempre prestativo e gentil, Fabian e Sebastian também são super amigáveis Ficamos na cabana 01 que é maravilhosa com 2 quartos e 2 banheiros e tem lugar para cozinhar e fazer churrasco. Excellent facilities, the attention of the owners themselves made us feel very comfortable and the guys at the bar and restaurant are the best. This is the second time we have stayed and we would definitely return. The location is perfect and the breakfast is amazing.

The Hotel La Cheminee is a family business. The owners acquired the hotel not long ago. The hotel management is inexperienced. There are several maintenance issues and flaws that seriously compromise the enjoyment of the place. For example, there is a good-sized pool, but you can't get in because there are no stairs or handrails to reach the steps from the water. A fall could be extremely dangerous. The pool floor also doesn't inspire confidence: it's either dirty or the tiles are peeling, giving a terrible impression of neglect. I had a problem with a leak in the shower stall that made the floor very wet. Another slipping hazard. The owner refused to change my room and also didn't fix the leak.
