This has been one of our best experiences in any hotel. The staff were always on top of things and very friendly. Especially Ara, our receptionist. She went beyond her duties to make sure we were comfortable and made our experience fabulous. The breakfast was so delicious and there were many options to choose from. Everything was so clean. They wake up early to make sure everything is in perfect shape. The swimming pool was clean and the water was warm. Gracias Sra Ara for making our stay wonderful

Bonita, solo que las habitaciones les falta accesorios para poner cosas. Como el
Baño no tiene jabonera, la luz entra demasiada en la mañana y te despierta. No te dejan consumir en la alberca si no compras ahi.

El personal muy amable y profesional. La localización con vista a la pirámide del Sol excelente. La comida, cuando hay, muy buena. Varias oportunidades de mejora: La privacidad en el baño es nula pues no hay división con la recámara. El restaurant cierra a las 6:00PM y no hay ningún lugar para cenar en 500 m a la redonda. El lavamanos muy pequeño e incomodo.

The place was conveniently located next to the pyramids and on the boarder of the neighboring Pueblo. Basic accommodations, pools, restaurants, etc…
The best thing about the whole experience was the hospitality! Some of the best I’ve ever had!

Mala experiencia, mucho ruido, la ducha siempre deficiente, agua caliente inexistente si acaso tibia, alberca sucia y súper fría!! Atención buena y el desayuno muchas opciones y de muy mala calidad, comida de varios días, ruido de sábado por la noche…. Por último, la ducha de vidrio frente a la cama era lo más incómodo con las personas que te acompañan aún siendo tu pareja o tu hijo o amigos en mi caso. ESTA LLENO DE CHELERIAS ALREDEDOR te sientes inseguro, además de que el hotel está sin ninguna seguridad
