we stayed in the month of September from 1st to 10th, this was the second year, finding the structure as always excellent and great kindness. but the restaurant really awful from the poor breakfast to dinner, the burnt pizza and the poor and raw first courses, not to mention the rude staff that more than Romagna cuisine we found cuisine and staff that did not speak Italian we were disappointed I did not expect it........

OK stay, but ANIMAL WELFARE CONCERNS
The place itself was fine for our needs; however, I do have concerns over the welfare of the animals on site. The donkey enclosure was small, full of faeces, and had no fresh grass for the donkeys. There are numerous birds gulls? a rabbit, at least 3 ducks all in an enclosure, with very water. Not a natural or good environment for them!!! I will be looking at animal welfare laws in San Marino, and contacting the appropriate people over this.

My son and I decided to stop on our way back from visiting San Marino to spend the afternoon at the pool, very spacious with deckchairs until exhaustion and a not crowded pool, you have to wear a swimming cap and if you don't have one you can buy one at the entrance, we had a good time, the bar service was also excellent.

Stayed at this village for 2 nights. Took bungalow with 2 double beds. The village is well organized beautiful pool courteous and helpful staff. We had dinner at the restaurant absolutely recommended friendly staff excellent service exceptional pizza.

The village is large, well-kept, with a multitude of services including a farm, children's pool, amphitheater, restaurant, market and various games in the children's park. The rooms are monoblocs with bathroom and parking in front of the room: very convenient. Honestly, the cleanliness and comfort of the room are also good. Unfortunately, the only flaw, not a small one, is the lack of an ATM nearby which turns into a real odyssey if we consider that neither the market, nor the bar, nor the pool accept card payments. Honestly strange in 2023, also considering the presence of foreign tourists, surely accustomed to these comforts even for a simple coffee.

It is a nice quiet place, specially in off season. Thought, it is a bit far from the attractions. We had to pay a bit more than was in the offer: 67,96 instead of 62,10. It would be correct to inform about all the charges during the booking process!

I can't find the opportunity to review the pizzeria restaurant located in the structure, which I believe is disconnected from the village, with separate management. You can eat better ones without struggling. The really worst side, the service, entrusted to a cloud of kids, obviously inexperienced, the one who continuously wipes his hands on his behind, and walks around with two obvious scuffs on his shorts, or the one who takes my empty plate, and after a few seconds brings me back the cutlery and says, in case you want something else...well, in case clean cutlery..no?
