Ieri abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza. Siamo entrati alle 10.00 ed usciti per pranzo lasciando tutti i teli sui lettini. Al nostro rientro alle 17,00 la piscina era chiusa causa imprevisto capitato ad un bambino. Il personale di servizio ci ha detto che avremmo avuto un rimborso o ingresso omaggio (secondo logica) ma probabilmente non avevano fatto i conti con il responsabile della struttura che quando ha sentito è intervenuto, ha affermato con toni arroganti che non ci sarebbe stato nessun rimborso perché non era colpa loro. Penso che la struttura dovrebbe avere una assicurazione per casi del genere. Peccato far gestire a persone del genere luoghi pubblici.

Piscina Garden: Esperienza pessima e zero rispetto per i clienti. Siamo entrati in piscina ieri alle 11:45, abbiamo lasciato le borse sui lettini e siamo andati a pranzo. Al nostro ritorno, la piscina era chiusa – giustamente, perché un bambino aveva fatto la cacca in acqua. Fin qui, nulla da dire: la sicurezza prima di tutto. Quello che trovo inaccettabile è il resto. Non abbiamo neanche messo un piede in acqua e non ci è stato offerto nulla: né un rimborso parziale, né un ingresso gratuito per un’altra giornata. Come se fosse normale pagare un’intera giornata per NON USUFRUIRE DI nullA. Zero attenzione, zero rispetto, zero professionalità. Un minimo di buon senso e di attenzione al cliente sarebbe stato il minimo. Ma evidentemente, qui contano solo gli incassi, non la soddisfazione delle persone. Non ci torneremo. E sicuramente non lo consiglieremo a nessuno.

OK stay, but ANIMAL WELFARE CONCERNS
The place itself was fine for our needs; however, I do have concerns over the welfare of the animals on site. The donkey enclosure was small, full of faeces, and had no fresh grass for the donkeys. There are numerous birds gulls? a rabbit, at least 3 ducks all in an enclosure, with very water. Not a natural or good environment for them!!! I will be looking at animal welfare laws in San Marino, and contacting the appropriate people over this.

My son and I decided to stop on our way back from visiting San Marino to spend the afternoon at the pool, very spacious with deckchairs until exhaustion and a not crowded pool, you have to wear a swimming cap and if you don't have one you can buy one at the entrance, we had a good time, the bar service was also excellent.

Stayed at this village for 2 nights. Took bungalow with 2 double beds. The village is well organized beautiful pool courteous and helpful staff. We had dinner at the restaurant absolutely recommended friendly staff excellent service exceptional pizza.

The village is large, well-kept, with a multitude of services including a farm, children's pool, amphitheater, restaurant, market and various games in the children's park. The rooms are monoblocs with bathroom and parking in front of the room: very convenient. Honestly, the cleanliness and comfort of the room are also good. Unfortunately, the only flaw, not a small one, is the lack of an ATM nearby which turns into a real odyssey if we consider that neither the market, nor the bar, nor the pool accept card payments. Honestly strange in 2023, also considering the presence of foreign tourists, surely accustomed to these comforts even for a simple coffee.
