Beautiful hotel with amazing gardens! Delicious food at the restaurant! Great service. The front desk arranged for a ride for us to Panajachel after we missed the ferry. Such an amazing, relaxing place!

A gem on Lake Atitlán My experience at Hotel Tolimán was simply spectacular. From the warm welcome by the staff to the thoughtful details in every corner, everything exceeded my expectations. The lake view is like a dream, the gardens are full of life and serenity, and every space radiates peace. The food at the restaurant is delicious, made with fresh ingredients and offering something for every taste. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated in harmony with the natural surroundings. A perfect place to disconnect, relax, and reconnect with yourself. I’ll definitely be back. This property is gorgeous! We loved sitting on our front porch area and enjoying the gardens. The place is gated and has security at all times so we always felt very safe on the property. The room was cleaned every day and it was always quiet after 10 PM. There’s a lot of amenities on the property. It was super convenient to walk over to the restaurant whenever we wanted a snack or a drink. We lounged by the pool and used their free kayaks. They were also able to help us schedule transportation to the airport. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a great stay that’s a little off the beaten path.

My wife was in San Lucas Toliman when the devastating 1976 Guatemala earthquake hit. Our visit was her return after almost 50 years and also to celebrate her 75th birthday. Our 4 days at Hotel Toliman made these occasions full of happiness for us. The hospitality, beautiful grounds, food and accommodations were perfect. We had a small issue the first night that was graciously taken care of by Chati, the owner. We’ve stayed in a lot of wonderful places throughout the world and Hotel Toliman stands out as one our most special.

Rien ne manque. Nous voyageons pour la deuxième fois en Amérique centrale. Le lieu est magnifique. L hôtel est d un très bon niveau. Étant nous même hôtelier nous sommes attentifs. le service est top, le restaurant excellent, les chambres superbes et l hygiène parfaite. A recommander sans hésitation. Merci pour ce superbe séjour. The hotel is located on a main street, which is very noisy. Our room was facing that street. We couldn’t sleep well during our stay because we heard all the cars, buses and motorcycles going down the street, people walking/talking, and we even heard dogs barking. The hotel is nice and the room was clean, but maybe they could improve the windows so the noise could be isolated. The breakfast was pretty good!

Hotel Toliman is set in their own beautiful gardens with a view of Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The hotel’s restaurant is very good. The produce for the restaurant is grown in the hotel’s own organic garden. Service is great.
