房間很大，床也很舒服，帶廚房設施，聖馬科斯沒什麼中餐，簡單廚房設施臨時解決下中國胃的需求還是可以的。前台很友善，到底是IHG旗下酒店，儘管中低品牌，但服務標準化還是做得很好，價格也不算高，值得推薦

I had an amazing experience staying for work. Melanie was the employee who helped me the most. She was very accommodating to every time I asked for a key which was constant. The staff was very helpful and kind to me during this two month stay. Melanie stood out the most.

This is a clean, well-maintained hotel with friendly staff—but travelers should beware of unexpected charges. I flew to San Marcos from South Carolina in a small plane, with a planned 5-night stay. Due to severe weather along my return route, I had to check out a day early. To my surprise, I was still charged for the unused final night. No one mentioned this early checkout policy at booking or check-in, and I’ve never encountered this at any similar property. I explained the weather situation at checkout, but the charge stood. I followed up with hotel management and corporate, but received no resolution. If you’re considering this hotel, make sure you get all policies in writing up front—including what happens if your plans change.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. Their new card reader system was giving them trouble and even though it was frustrating they were still kind and made sure I was properly taken care of for my stay. They even took their time to bring me to room to be certain my keycard worked properly.

Shelbi was such a friendly and hospitable host! Her smile and friendly approach was wonderful. Ihg pillows are my favorite & I do enjoy the Dove products! I have sensitive skin & they never bother me! I appreciate the free coffee with fresh beans too!
