Tenuta San Marcello

Posto incantevole, pulizia ottima ed il personale veramente gentile. Federica ci ha accolto come se ci conoscessimo da tempo e Ginevra, la sera a cena è stata di una cordialità unica. Cibo veramente ottimo. Insomma un weekend coccolati dal silenzio in una valle incantevole se si vuole passare dal rumore della città alla pace più totale.

Ciao a tutti.Inizio col dire che la Tenuta San Marcello è per me come tornare alle mie origini,quando da bambina sentivo il profumo di dolci fatti in casa da mia nonna.Ogni volta è un'emozione la mattina salutare Simona che si prodiga a preparare il tavolo della colazione con i dolci che fa lei.Mi sento a casa quando incontro Federica con il sorriso e un abbraccio ti accoglie appena arrivi e ti ascolta mentre le racconti il viaggio com'è andato,sempre cordiale e attenta.Pavel e il marito che sono i proprietari si mettono a disposizione per ogni esigenza.L'ultimo giorno ho prenotato un tavolo a pranzo con mio papà e familiari che sono rimasti sopresi del dell'ottimo menù casareccio che dei vini locabi provenienti dalle vigne autoctone della Tenuta.Il più gradito è stato il "Buca"che è un verdicchio fresco e gradevole .Poi c'è il rosé "Petaloso",il rosso "Bastaro" ,il "Volatile" e tanti altri vini eccezionali.La mia camera in depandance era grande e luminosa che dava sul giardino e una doccia enorme (la mia cosa preferita) ,con grande televisore e comodissimo letto.Pulizia e riordino quotidiano impeccabile.Saluto anche i cuochi che hanno reso possibile la riuscita del pranzo in famiglia con piatti come i paccheri alla quaglia che non avevo mai assaggiato.Meravigliosi.La vista panoramica a 360° sulle colline è mozzafiato e ci sono divani e ooltrontine sparse ovunque nel verde e una bella piscina.Voto 10 e lode.Spero che anche voi apprezziate tutto questo se scegliete questo posto.

We stayed in this property for 4 nights, what can I say...we had high expectations, given the location and the photos on their website, but when we arrived, we were disappointed! We had the privilege room, so called, with jacuzzi and panoramic "view", paid €155 per night, which is not a small amount. Panoramic view to be re-evaluated because it was not so panoramic: view of the parking lot and the warehouse of the estate with a portion to the right and one to the left of the Marche countryside. Walls of the room dirty with slaps and other things, cracks everywhere, plaster peeling off. Soaps in the bathroom half empty upon our arrival (courtesy set shown in the photo partially provided), bathroom window with a mini curtain that anyone passing by could see us from outside, cobwebs outside the windows, bee/wasp nests... in short, a series of details that for €155 per night we honestly did not expect. English: We reported all this upon our arrival and the owner, Mrs. Pascale, not believing us, came to see what these problems were, because for her the room was perfect. She also asked us if we expected to be in a 4-star luxury hotel (hotels we have never frequented) and if we had come to do the Barbieri program "4 Hotel". We also felt like we were being made fun of because, faced with the evidence, she still denied it. Showing us a brown stain on the wall, she also mocked us by telling us what we expected it to be... Breakfast needs reviewing, safety in the children's play area too, with unclosed and dangerous grates. The proposed solution was to move us to a standard room, with a miserable high window and without direct and independently adjustable air conditioning, with a difference of €15 per night, which is not that much. We decided to stay in the one we booked for space and comfort. In short, an experience that until now and fortunately we had never had and we hope not to have to live it again. Owner unfriendly and not at all courteous, with arrogant and presumptuous attitudes, who should avoid taking the piss out of the guests, since the profit comes from them. The only positive note is the kindness of Federica, the receptionist, who despite the situation, comforted us and helped us with any need. The location could have great potential, but it should be taken care of first, the idea you get is of a property left a bit run down and then people with a minimum of empathy towards the guest should work there. Our suggestion is to look elsewhere, at that price you can find much better!! P.s. Since the cracks, as explained to us, cannot be fixed due to soil problems, lower the prices of the rooms, because for what the guests pay you do not provide a service up to par!!!!

Appartement is zeer basis ingericht. Bankje eigenlijk ook niet echt schoon. Alles doet het en het bed was prima. Voor €1600 voor een week heb ik zeker luxere plekken gezien. Buitenruimte met veel zitjes is fijn . Zwembad ook goed met voldoende zitjes…

Bellissimo agriturismo, in mezzo al verde, alle colline e al profumo di gelsomino.... tutto il personale gentilissimo e accogliente compreso il titolare... Particolare attenzione ai prodotti naturali e bio compreso i vini di loro produzione. Ultima cena prima della partenza deliziosa, chiusura in bellezza con la candelina, x festeggiare anniversario (47 anni!!!!) e compleanno...... Grazie! Flo e Davide

Abbiamo passato un bellissimo weekend lungo in questa struttura. La posizione nel mezzo delle colline marchigiane ne fa un posto speciale dove godere appieno della natura e dei ritmi lenti. Comodo per raggiungere sia il mare che i bei borghi che si trovano nelle zone interne. Camera grande e pulita con vista sulle colline. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Un appunto solo sul ristorante un pò caro e un pò lento nel servizio... per il resto tutto bene!
