We decided to choose this hotel because of its location for a celebration of 40 people. We liked it so much that we decided to stay. The celebration was on the roof, at sunset with views of the cathedral. A seemingly ideal place… After the event, we went to the room. We did not have air conditioning control or amenities for 2 people. Later the night receptionist attended to us. We started to sleep and from 2 AM to 3 AM the air conditioning did not stop making loud sounds due to poor electrical contact. (Room Number 6). Later they agreed to give us another room (Room 8) where, in addition to having a characteristic smell, we found a series of hairs on the furniture. Considering the time and the lack of sleep we had, we decided to try to sleep. The next day in the morning, trying to find the manager, the morning receptionist told us that we could wait until 11 AM to speak to the manager. After those hours, he did not appear. That's when I asked the manager to contact us. He insisted to me on 3 occasions that we, as harmed customers and faced with a horrible experience, had to return to the hotel or speak on a phone to communicate with the manager. After not understanding what service is and that in any hotel, if there are serious failures that harm the client, it is the hotel that cares about the clients and approaches them, not the other way around, we decided to make a compromise and continue the celebration that we had started the night before but already outside the Margarita hotel. Their lack of empathy and education must be highlighted. Seeing us upset and sleepy looking, he responded superbly. After hours, the manager called us very sad because she knew the event we had organized with them and how special that stay that they seemed to have ruined was for my partner. After excellent service, he offered us a complimentary night and breakfast. The food and beverage service is excellent. Quality, attention and views of the roof are unbeatable. My congratulations to the kitchen team and waiters. The room assigned was number 1. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay another night trusting that everything would be fine. At 3 PM I went to pay for the room, the morning receptionist was again there and I asked if they could fix the room for us since no one from the Housekeeping and Floor Cleaning had come. At night we heard noise from the air conditioning again, again electrical problems that woke us up at 7 AM.
