Mala experiencia
Las habitaciones son muy estrechas, el baño bastante pequeño, no cuenta con suficiente agua en las regaderas y el olor en todo el hotel muy feo, el restaurante pésimo servicio, mesas sucias sin recoger platos, la comida bastante mala, el jugo de "naranja" super rebajado con agua, no vuelvo.

새벽 6시까지 파티를하고 노래를틀어놨다. 복도에서 노래를 부르거나 얘기하는 소리가 다 들렸다. 그러나 아무런 조치가 없었고 우리는 잠을 잘수 없었다.

Mi estancia fue de vacaciones y estuvo muy bien, salvo los inconvenientes por la remodelación que se esta aplicando, pero en general fu buena, para volver primero Dios el año próximo.

Me gustaron los toques de la decoración, visualmente agradables pero la zona del baño y de los pasilllos en el cuarto son muy justos. Tienes que pedir secadora del baño en front desk. Las puertas rechinaban mucho. Te limpian el cuarto todos los días eso está perfecto.

Excelente instalaciones, todo esta remodelado Veo que tienen publicado fotos como que muy antiguas y no es nada a lo que se comenta. La verdad tuve una experiencia perfecta, muy recomendable y tambien en el restaurante tienen muy buena comida

Pésima atención y servicio, siempre me hospedo es éste hotel y nunca me había ido tal mal, llegamos a las 12:00pm hicimos nuestro pago por 2 habitaciones, pedimos planta baja y dijeron que si había ya qué vengo con gente de 3ra edad, nos retiramos fuimos a visitar a la familia y regresamos a las 2 am, y nos asignaron planta alta, reclame qué yo pedí planta baja ya qué ni con elevadores cuentan y con una mano en la cintura la chica de recepción Alejandra Tello me dijo que me podía regresar mi dinero para irme a otro hotel a esa hora pedí hablar con gerencia se supone es el sr Juan Carlos Rivas y no quiso tomar llamada y le dijo a la chica que no podía regresar dinero qué solo tomar las habitaciones o perder mi dinero, como pudimos con sillas de ruedas subimos a las habitaciones y los cuartos asignados estaban con mal olor, sábanas y almohadas con olor a tierra como si fuera un cuarto qué casi no se le da mtto esto por el olor del aire acondicionado también, baño tirando agua
