Seems that the rooms are newly remodeled and look fresh. Only thing that you can see is from the past, are the windows and the hallway carpets, which I'm not really sure why they didn't fix that while fixing everything else... the location is right next to one of the main squares, so walking distance to everything. Nice view of the city, but can get noisy on weekends. Free parking and great staff.

Después de un cambio de habitación por tener cucarachas en el baño y cuarto, durante la primer noche nos abrieron la habitación en la madrugada qué por error los de mantenimiento. Pueden imaginar el susto! Solo nos dijeron que lo iban a checar.. No nos Sentimos seguros en este lugar. Ni disculpas nos dieron

The place has a very good location, however the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. In total, they changed my room 4 times, the beds were full of other people's hair, they do not change the bedding, I think they should supervise the staff who clean the rooms more. rooms, look at the images and judge for yourself.

Great value and location. The area was surrounded by shops, restaurants. Short walk to most historic sites and monuments. Our 9th floor room looked over the street below and the Plaza Fundadores. Fast elevators. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Decent-sized, clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom and shower. The room looked like it had been remodeled in the last few years. The pictures here on TA are old. The beds were covered by white duvets with purple sashes. The floor was a grey faux wood, and the bathroom had a tiled shower and respectable sink counter. Parking is free in the garage next to the hotel. We only stayed one night, so we did not see any of the other amenities, nor did we eat in the restaurant. The Wi-Fi was weak/ intermittent, I thought it was a great find in SLP. Comfortable and centrally located. Priced lower than its worth. I would stay here again.
