el establecimiento es confortable, buenas instalaciones, buena comida, ideal para tener una buena estadía, lo recomendaría al 100 % a familiares y amigos, volvería a hospedarme en una visita a San Luis

Habitaciones limpias, amplias y comodas; personal en general muy amable, atento y con soliciones rapidas, comida muy bien y el personal tambien es muy atento, cada que viajo por trabajo me gusta hospedarme en el hotel.

La ubicación es buena si vas a la zona industrial o si llevas auto para moverte. El hotel es moderno, tiene lo básico. Las habitaciones son amplias, tienen una cocineta, refrigerador y microondas. La limpieza del baño no es impecable, los rincones con algo de polvo, el cancel y el azulejo con manchas de agua. La ropa de cama está bien, las toallas no, están gastadas y percudidas. Afuera de nuestra habitación había un sillón, uno de los días que regresamos tenían ahí una pila de sábanas y toallas sucias. El desayuno lo atiende un solo mesero, no se daba abasto. Persianas black out y aire acondicionado muy bien.
