Overall it's good, especially the hotel's own restaurant is delicious, with self-service parking, very convenient
But it's close to the road, it's noisy in the morning

The staff was incredible, truly above and beyond. The service was equivalent to staying at the Four Seasons. Super clean. Spa was amazing. Food was incredible. I forgot my phone charger and every night they would bring me one to use. Great location.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of SLO. The hotel is very upscale with a wonderful lounge area and a good attached restaurant and bar. The room is contemporary, large and clean. The bathroom was over the top. The staff was friendly and helpful. A wonderful stay.

Our stay at Hotel Cerro was fantastic! We had a beautiful garden view room with the best patio, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the serene atmosphere. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The on-site restaurant was also a highlight of our stay—every meal was delicious, with fresh ingredients and impeccable service. We especially loved the laid-back and charming vibe of San Luis Obispo. The little town has such a cute, friendly atmosphere, and everyone we met was so kind and laid-back. We can’t wait to come back for another perfect getaway!

We had a great stay at the Hotel Cerro! The staff were all very friendly and attentive to our needs. The valets were amazing- they had their hands full with it being move-in weekend for Cal Poly but they always had smiles on their faces. The front staff was also great- they even called us to let us know we left our computer behind after we checked out. That means everything. The hotel is very cute and is in a great spot with tons within walking distance. We will definitely be back!
