Welcome to the SLO Coast! This home offers the perfect home base for your visit to San Luis Obispo and the surrounding region. Is perfect for groups or families and sleeps 9 adults or 10 with children, plus three couches. - 5min to Edna Valley Wineries, SLO Country Club - 10min to Downtown SLO, Pismo Beach - 15min to Cal Poly - 30min to Morro Bay, Five Cities The main entrance lead upstairs to newly updated living room with a Samsung OLED TV and sonos sound system. It's the perfect place to unwind after your adventure. Next, you'll find the dining room with a table big enough for the whole family (and a few friends). A breakfast bar connects the kitchen to the dining room. Upstairs also has a spacious master bedroom with a King Bed and a small workspace. The luxurious master bathroom boasts a rainwater shower and freestanding tub. Downstairs you'll find a separate family room with a fold-out queen bed, two bedrooms and a full bath. The first downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a queen and a "Full XL" bed. A Full XL is the same length as a queen but slightly narrower; it fits a tall adult or two children comfortably. The house has a wraparound veranda outdoors with a propane griddle available for guests to use. You'll find one electric and two pedal bikes in the garage that are perfect for a biking tour of the Edna Valley's many wineries. For families, there is a mini kids play room under the stairs, a highchair, and a crib.
