Durante la estadía en el hotel Decameron San Luis se evidenció que, si bien el establecimiento cumple con los requerimientos mínimos de hospedaje, existen aspectos importantes por mejorar en cuanto a las condiciones de sus instalaciones y servicios. Uno de los aspectos más notorios fue el estado de los baños en la habitación asignada, los cuales cuentan con cortinas en mal estado, lo que genera una impresión negativa y afecta la percepción de higiene y confort. Asimismo, se presentó una conectividad intermitente en el servicio de internet, lo cual dificultó el acceso continuo a este recurso, especialmente importante para quienes requieren estar comunicados por razones personales o laborales. Se recomienda revisar y actualizar estos aspectos, en especial el mantenimiento de las habitaciones y la estabilidad del servicio de internet, con el fin de garantizar una experiencia acorde a los estándares que caracterizan a la cadena hotelera Decameron

Fue una buena experiencia en general, la atención por parte del personal es muy buena, personas amables y ambiente tranquilo en general, por mejorar el tema de los baños ya que les hace falta una remodelación o mantenimiento, igualmente el tema del cobro para poder hacer uso del hotel antes de las 12 es algo que se deberia cambiar.

Well you can only get food when your room is available and when you complain they are indifferent. The management is terrible especially maia fernanda at customer service she has no idea how to deal with customers. Also the food is very misleading they will say fruit in a puff pastry and it has ham, also the alfredo which doesbt have ham come full of it. And when you say somethinf they dismiss you. I have fixtures and video of the mistreatment vut im only allowed 400 characters

Un sueño cumplido, unas vacaciones hermosas con mis padres en una isla paradisíaca, en el mismo paraíso, una isla con el mar de los siete colores. Playas exhuberantes, población raizal autóctona, con una cultura muy variada, con costumbres ancestrales y una gastronomía muy dulce, exquisita.es uno de esos lugares a los que seguire visitando muchas veces en mi vida. Muchos recuerdos quedan en mi mente, cómo esos paisajes maravillosos y llenos de colores que me alegran el alma,otro recuerdo que me llevo sin los sabores del caribe y muchas cosas mas. No pierdas la oportunidad de visitar san Andrés. Y hospedarse en un hotel de la cadena Decameron fue mi mejor elección,conocí y visite 5 hoteles diferentes cenamos en diferentes restaurantes cada día y almorzamos en un hotel diferente de los 5,hoteles Decameron de la isla, y la experiencia fue maravilloso.

Las habitaciones muy regular la cama desajustada,multi tomas dañadas, muy desorganizado, falta de mantenimiento de las instalaciones y atención la alimentación muy regular mucho calentado o comida trasnochada, falta de mantener esa buena imágenes.

Me hospedé en el Decameron de san Luis, si quieres un lugar fuera del ruido te lo recomiendo , comida siempre fue en el bufet del hotel , no logramos reservar para los otros hoteles ya que en recepción no fueron claros que para poder reservar debe de ser en el mismo hotel que te hospedaste a las 8am por la plataforma , así que si vas hacer tour ese día temprano te pierdes la posibilidad de hacer reservas diferentes, deberían de ser más flexibles teniendo en cuenta que no es nada barato hospedarse en esta línea hotelera. Se recomienda poder hacer reservaciones desde cualquier hotel y más este que está tan retirado de los lugares de donde salen los tours, como es posible que me piden estando en el aquarium que me devolviera san Luis para reservar un almuerzo o una cena Instalaciones( nos entregaron cuarto sin papel higiénico) Comida 4 Servicio :3 Distancia: 4 depende de la experiencia que quieras vivir

Son unos estafadores, los socios pagamos mucha plata, pagamos el sostenimiento de los hoteles y cuando quieres viajar te cobran tarifa plena porque las promociones son atrapabobos, solo les interesa recaudar dinero , son unas verdaderas ratas

Le Decameron San Luis est un bon choix si votre but est de bouger, visiter l’île et sortir souvent. Il est bien situé pour ça, et les bus passent fréquemment pour aller en ville, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. L’hôtel en soi est plutôt simple. Les chambres rénovées sont un peu mieux que les autres, mais rien d’extravagant. C’est propre, mais sans le petit “wow” qu’on retrouve ailleurs. La nourriture est correcte, mais sans grande variété ou raffinement. Disons que ça fait le travail, sans plus. Le gros bémol, c’est la plage, qui a été très touchée par l’érosion : elle est maintenant presque inexistante, donc si vous cherchez un endroit pour profiter pleinement de la mer, ce n’est pas l’idéal. En résumé : une option fonctionnelle et abordable pour ceux qui veulent un point de départ pour explorer l’île, mais pas le meilleur choix si vous cherchez un lieu où passer vos journées à relaxer à l’hôtel.
