Son unos estafadores, los socios pagamos mucha plata, pagamos el sostenimiento de los hoteles y cuando quieres viajar te cobran tarifa plena porque las promociones son atrapabobos, solo les interesa recaudar dinero , son unas verdaderas ratas

Le Decameron San Luis est un bon choix si votre but est de bouger, visiter l’île et sortir souvent. Il est bien situé pour ça, et les bus passent fréquemment pour aller en ville, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. L’hôtel en soi est plutôt simple. Les chambres rénovées sont un peu mieux que les autres, mais rien d’extravagant. C’est propre, mais sans le petit “wow” qu’on retrouve ailleurs. La nourriture est correcte, mais sans grande variété ou raffinement. Disons que ça fait le travail, sans plus. Le gros bémol, c’est la plage, qui a été très touchée par l’érosion : elle est maintenant presque inexistante, donc si vous cherchez un endroit pour profiter pleinement de la mer, ce n’est pas l’idéal. En résumé : une option fonctionnelle et abordable pour ceux qui veulent un point de départ pour explorer l’île, mais pas le meilleur choix si vous cherchez un lieu où passer vos journées à relaxer à l’hôtel.

Quedé gratamente sorprendida en esta visita al hotel ya que se nota que han mejorado mucho respecto al aseo, alimentación y estado de las habitaciones. Hay algunas remodeladas que aunque requieren mantenimiento permanente están mucho mejor que otras. También depende del cuidado que le dan los huéspedes ya que se quejan mucho pero de modales muy poco. Espero que sigan arreglando el hotel, y mejorando en la atención. La cadena Decameron es de Colombia y no debe decaer. Felicitaciones por la administradora de este hotel, es una persona muy especial que se acuerda y esta pendiente de ayudar a todos los huéspedes.

Las camas estaban muy cómodas, las instalaciones limpias y la atención muy especial. La ubicación del hotel permite ver el amanecer. Es un punto muy tranquilo, apto para descansar. Se puede movilizar en bus fácilmente a toda la isla. Muy buen lugar para disfrutar.

El hotel San Luis está a 20 min del centro ( tengan en cuenta eso) la playa está en frente y es hermosa! Tiene coral pero es la única que podes ver pecesitos, el agua es transparente, calentita. La habitación con muebles modernos y limpia! El bufet es riquísimo, tanto desayuno, almuerzo y cena! Tenés de todo para comer y son super amables y cordiales ( Aclaro esto porque ví comentarios que decían que no los atendían bien, y sinceramente nosotras, siempre le preguntamos con respecto y una sonrisa y nos trataban re bien) si quieren respeto, deben darlo primero!!! Las excursiones de Jonny kay y el acuario la mejor!! Lo contratamos ahí mismo en el hotel pero solo cubre el transporte de ida, a la vuelta te venís en bus ( 5 mil pesos colombianos) o taxi pero nosotras solo usamos bus. Los show que dan en el hotel a la noche son muy buenos y divertidos! Una sola cosa me decepcionó, que no esté el restaurante de comida asiática como lo vende! El resto impecable. PD: con el brazalete podes ir a otros hoteles de Decameron, menos al isleño, nosotros fuimos al Aquarium y la verdad la vista es linda pero me quedo con San Luis porque el otro se ve muy descuidado en mantenimiento y no tiene playa y no se ven peces ( pasan lanchas muy cerca)

LA ATENCION EN EL BUFFET FUE PESIMA HABIA DOS CAMAREROS SIN GUSTO DE ATENDER, BRAVOS Y MOLESTOS, EN EL LOBBY DE RECPCION SIN AMABILIDAD, NOS ACERCAMOS 4 VECESE A SOLICITAR LA CLAVE DE ACCESO PARA EL INTERNET Y QUE NO ESTABA LA QUE SE SACABA LOS PAPELITOS PARA LOS ACCESOS, LA EXPERIENCIA FATAL EN CUANTO A LAS ACTIVIDADES DE PLAYA , NUNCA NOS DIERON UNA SILLA DE PLAYA QUE ESE SERVICIO TOCABA SOLICITAR, QUISIMOS REALIZAR KAYAK Y QUE NO SE PODIA DE 5 DIAS QUE ESTUVIMOS NOS DIJERON QUE VENGA MAS TARDE O QUE A PARTIR DE LAS 2 DE LA TARDE QUE EL COMPAÑERO NO ESTABA SIEMPRE NOS POIAN PEROS. Je suis aller en 2018 et ça été un de mes coups de cœur …. Mais malheureusement … 1.L’hôtel manque vraiment d’amour , installation désuète.Nous avons été 2 semaines et nous avons eu de l’eau chaude seulement l’équivalent de 4 jours 2. La nourriture assez ordinaire ne m’a pas impressionnée durant les 2 semaines , également pour le restaurant à la carte , car selon la description il n’y a pas 2 mais 1 restaurant à la carte sur le site . 3. Concernant leur politique rester dans 1 et profiter des 5 , de un il faut réserver et de deux c’est impossible , même si tu te connecte sur le site ( car c’est comme ça que ça fonctionne) à 8 h pile ,il t’offre juste le restaurant à la carte de ton hôtel…. Une vrai farce. 4. Les colombiens , en majorité sur place passe avant toi même si tu es arriver avant . 5 . Concernant les autres installations tu peux y aller de 11h à 17 h et non toute la journée…. Et selon des commentaires les autres installations ne sont pas mieux. 6. Aéroports sans climatisation et désorganisée. Bref , je ne recommande pas cette destination.
