Visit Hotel & Apart

Llegamos el lunes 09-12 y nos vamos mañana 13-12. Vinimos por un tema deportivo de mi hija. La verdad es que el año pasado fue mejor. El frigobar apenas mantiene un temperatura baja. Pedí el primer día que lo revisaran y hasta hoy nadie lo hizo. El baño sin los implementos necesarios de uso diario. Eso no puede pasar. Cenamos siempre acá. Xq estábamos con poco tiempo trabajando en forma remota. Lenta la cocina y hoy en el almuerzo se equivocan de plato. De regreso a Chile hay 3 peajes y quise cambiar a $ argentinos solo 10 dólares xq necesitábamos la mitad Y nos dicen que sobre 40 a 50 dólares mínimos se pueden cambiar. Que poca empatía con sus clientes que es la segunda vez que veníamos . Hay una persona que anda el comedor y el hall a veces. Siempre lo vi y asumo que debe ser el administrador y jamás se da cuenta de estos detalles. En fin. Hay otro hotel a 1/2 cuadra que se ve súper bueno y lo más probable es que si el próximo año tengamos que venir x el mismo motivo sea ese el hotel a elegir. La verdad es que la gente en general es amable pero varios son parcos y no resuelven nada. En el restaurante los últimos días nos ha atendido una niña de nombre Melina. Ha sido súper amable y agradable. Pero una persona no basta para todo el servicio completo de una estadía de 5 noches. En fin una pena que haya sido una regular experiencia.

In my opinion, it is lacking to be a 4* hotel, especially with regard to the attention of all the staff. The facilities are good and the view from the room seemed very nice to me. The pool, although it is not for therapeutic purposes, is very shallow, it is obviously designed to entertain children. I did not think it was appropriate that they did not want to turn on the hydromassage in the pool because, as they said, the water was cooled, but it was not heated. At checkout they wanted to charge me for consumption of the minibar that I did not make and when I bought regional products that the hotel sold, they told me totally different prices the two times I asked, which makes me think that the consumption that I supposedly made was charged in some way. On two occasions I had to request the cleaning service of the room because, when returning from the excursions, it was not done, although we have always left the room within the cleaning time range proposed by the hotel. That cleaning was minimal: they only made the bed and changed the towels. For all this and some other things I consider that it is not 4* and that the price is much higher than the quality received.
