El establecimiento no es en absoluto recomendable. La atención del personal es muy deficiente, al igual que ocurre con el estado de las instalaciones. La limpieza es insuficiente y el aire acondicionado funciona pésimamente. La relación calidad precio deja mucho que desear. No merece las estrellas que se publicitan.

Las estrellas se deben de referir a las que se ven en la noche de la Sierra porque nunca hemos visto un 4* así: el aire acondicionado se sitúa en 27º lo que hace que en todo el hotel haga un calor insoportable, en la habitación también y en el baño ya indescriptible. La intensidad del agua va y viene, la decoración de las habitaciones, como mucho, de hostal, y el parking un lugar para soñar. Un solo ascensor para todo el hotel y parece una sauna. La atención en recepción mala; en la restauración son muy amables e intentan remontar lo imposible. No volveremos, desde luego. Un error.

Estuve celebrando un cumpleaños. La terraza preciosa, la acondicionaron con todo lo que pedimos, la comida riquísima y en cantidad. El servicio excelente. Los camareros amables simpáticos y rápidos. Es la 3 vez que hago una celebración aquí, y seguro que haré más. GRACIAS RAQUEL!.

Ubicación perfecta y trato inmejorable
Hotel muy recomendable el trato por parte del personal fue exquisito, la ubicación inmejorable y el desayuno en la cafetería super agradable tenían el periódico y había mucha gente del pueblo desayunando. Un ambiente muy familiar y agradable , repetiremos sin duda.

No recomendable, no volvería
Hotel viejo, sucio y difícil de aparcar. El desayuno es muy escaso en variedad, el zumo es horrible y los cubiertos viejos y sucios. Nos han salido llagas debido al estado de la cubertería.
El personal nos trató de “tu” y con un “colegueo” inusual en un hotel.
Yo no lo recomiendo ni volvería. Le sobra al menos una estrella
