Excelente lugar, la comida deliciosa, las piñas coladas son suupeerr ricas , los meseros, muy atentos y serviciales, venimos quinta vez , venimos de Denver Colorado y regresamos nuevamente el próximo año, la alberca climatizada es lo máximo. Los cuartos su toque mexicano lindo y colorido, hermoso todo el lugar.

Clean!! Our room had single and double beds. Restaurant and bar. Great breakfast! Walking distance to pyramids. There is a nice sized pool. There is a spa and you can arrange a massage. The parking is secure behind two gates. What else do you need?

Closed suddenly!!! No notice We arrived to Mexico City, took a Bus to Teotihuacan for a tour and balloon day. A full day of travel to get there to find tape on the fence and it was closed by the police 2 days prior to us arriving. We had no notice, no email, nothing. Luckily the Ballon company helped us secure a reservation for the last room on a festival holiday weekend in Teotihuacan at the Quinto Sol! Warning on this location- as it suddenly closed!

We arrived late afternoon after half a day at the pyramids. Our expectations were not much - but surprise it is a nice place. The bed in our room was tiny, but otherwise good for a short stay. The shower was very good - the towels not so. We had supper in the hotel restaurant and it was very good. One of the most flavorful on our whole trip. The pool was very cold - so it was an architectural accent piece. We had arranged for a car to take us to the MXC North bus station and the diver was prompt and fleet footed. All in all a good experience.

So the good: close to main entrance of the pyramid complex. Restaurant is good though overpriced as expected at a tourist site hotel. Architecture is pleasing and there’s a pool, though at 7,000 feet elevation in winter no ones getting in. The room has a small heater which is a rarity, though it won’t get the room toasty, just takes the edge off the cold. There were extra blankets in the closet. The not so great. Front desk staff somewhat brusque. TV (I wanted to watch NFL football) is budget computer monitor sized and tucked up in a corner. Mattresses broken down, maybe borrowed from a one star place or purchased at a thrift store used? Small dark room. No coffee maker. One small bottle of drinking water. No mini fridge. Room is dark and two of the lights were out. Zero wifi in room, cell signal weak too. Wifi in common areas limited. Breakfast, at $62 USD a night, not included. You will be charged slightly more than an internet booking at the counter. You can do better for the money.
