The deposit was collected randomly, which caused me to pay twice. Ctrip had already collected the full rent, but they wanted to collect it again. I don't know how they communicated with each other.
The room was of a suitable size, but the water temperature was unstable and had a bit of a fishy smell. The swimming pool was dirty because it was outdoors. The breakfast was good, and it was very cost-effective compared to the Sheraton opposite.

The hotel is very expensive, almost 3000 RMB per night when we booked. Cleaning the room was very perfunctory. One day I called the waiter several times but no one cleaned it. The breakfast is very poor, a few levels worse than the domestic five-star hotel, and the breakfast is also at the level of the domestic three-star express hotel. The outdoor unit of the air conditioner is indoors, it is very noisy, and it needs to be turned off all night to sleep. Very average accommodation experience. Don't be fooled by the Hyatt brand.

Nice hotel with cool colorful exterior lights. Nice view and pool. Amszing breakfast buffet. Bed was a full size, hard and noisy. A/c not cool enough. Parking is not included and it's expensive.

Workers were friendly, nice and courteous. Rooms are clean, with plenty of towels, pillows were fluffy and comfy. Location of hotel was a win- free shuttle bus every 30 minutes to Old San Juan, Beach and T-mobile Arena. We actually walked to the arena. Restaurants are all walkable, you can also buy food at the hotel a bit pricey but very good. Free breakfast was a plus and delicious. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

We had called prior to arrival twice to ensure our late arrival wouldn’t be an issue. We even pre checked in online and made a note of our arrival time even though we had called twice beforehand. Our pre checked in room 324 was given away and we were given a room with a parking lot view although we paid and continued paying for a pool view. While we were in the room, a roach appeared and we call the front desk. We moved from room 410 to 510 within several hours. Still a parking lot view although paying for a pool view. The parking in this hotel is terrible. We had to park across the street and validate there not where we were staying and getting charged. We then left for the day and expected to come back to a cleaned room but didn’t. No wonder they have roaches. We were told they only provide a light cleaning which only entailed them dropping off towels. Floors left uncleaned. Sheets not changed. Beds not made. Bathroom not cleaned. This was a terrible experience, so much that we had to end our stay there early and booked an Airbnb.
