Loved it! Our flight was delayed and we arrived well after midnight… shout out to Chris Patterson for being so attentive upon arrival! He remained a friendly face, a trusted resource, and a go-to for all sorts of local intel! No ask was too big or too small. We were sad to leave :(

Amazing! My friend and I went for a long weekend. Due to our delayed flight, we got in extremely late. Lucky for us, Christopher was there with a smile to greet us. He was absolutely amazing, got us settled without a hitch and was an incredible resource for us the whole time. He really went above and beyond to help us out. We had never stayed in this area before, but it was perfect and thanks to the vibe and Christopher, we will 100% be back again!

The staff and restaurant were excellent! Staff is friendly and helpful! Food was really good! Rooms were nice and clean! The neighborhood is in feels sketchy, though in guarded enclave! Definitely a young crowd vibe and less appealing for older demographic and families with young children!

The place is in front of the beach but the service is terrible. The customer service at the restaurant is super bad. The manager simply argues with the customers instead of keeping an open mind to SOLVE her customers' questions.

The check in was easy and friendly and super helpful. The room was very comfortable and well decorated. It felt safe and secure.
The restaurant and beach bar was very nice. The beach there is ideal, with no highrise buildings in the immediate area.

Using the beach amenities is a must! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful for local recommendations and making this a fun, great place to stay and enjoy San Juan!
