The hotel boasts a variety of amenities and a prime location near the airport and beach. Guests appreciate the attentive and friendly staff and the spotless, fresh rooms.

We stayed here for 1 night. Free Parking onsite was available and first come first serve, but we had no issues coming and going. This was a huge plus especially in San Juan. The hotel staff, Jorge, was very welcoming, immediately offering us water or coffee upon arrival. We had an early flight and our room was ready way before check in time, very accommodating. He went over local restaurants, helped us with any questions we had and asked if we wanted help booking excursions or activities. The hotel provided a discount for eating at a local bakeries and we ate there twice. The hotel decor is very calming, and peaceful. The pool is small but very pretty. The area is near the beach, walking distance. My only con is that at night you can hear all the traffic from outside, and if you have a street side room it could be difficult to sleep. Water pressure is a little low but no issues with hot water. Everything was great for our 1 night stay. They also had water tea and coffee available 24/7. The hotel is very secure, you cannot get in or out without a scanned key card!! Love it. I could travel here solo! They can hold your bags and let you use the amenities as well, with a clean outside bathroom available too. Thanks for having us and making us feel welcomed after a very early flight! This is a great spot and a great price as well.

We only stayed one night and picked it because it was close to the airport, but I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely and calm the space was. Beautiful architecture, friendly staff with a bit of that backpacker vibe (laid back, self service coffee in lobby, rules about quiet hours, etc). Good food in the neighborhood. Not as close to all the attractions but not that far either. If you have a car it’s a really good place to call home in San Juan, but the neighborhood itself isn’t as central to attractions as being in Old San Juan.
