Coco Grove Beach Resort, Siquijor Island

It is a nature-friendly resort. The rooms are clean. It is good for a walk in the morning and evening, and the snorkeling in the sea in front is worth it. The kindness of the staff is the best.

The service is great, there are many hotel cars picking up guests at the pier. After arriving at the hotel, a welcome drink was served. The front desk was always warm and considerate. They also spent a long time helping me install a local phone card and activate it. The hotel has complete facilities, 3 swimming pools, and a very good ecological environment. Various island activities can be arranged at reasonable prices.

Facilities: We rode a motorcycle around the island. The beach on the Coco side has the best scenery. The hotel is undoubtedly the best on the beach. The hotel is very large and has a long beach. It is highly recommended. The air conditioning is powerful. The location of different rooms can be referred to in the pictures. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Although it is by the sea, it is not humid at all. Service: Very good. There are several restaurants inside, and the food is delicious~ The service is very good and the staff is very friendly. There is a bonfire party BBQ on Thursday and a show on Saturday. We didn't catch it on Friday. You can refer to the pictures for details. There is also a yoga class~ However, there is a party for locals in the bars around the hotel on Friday~ Environment: There is a diving center where you can snorkel. The corals are very beautiful, and there are many giant clams. When we went there, it was a low tide and we were too close to the corals to travel far. Since I only stayed for one day, I rented a motorcycle at the pier to go around the island. The hotel provides a pier pick-up service, but I didn't experience it. Please note that you need to contact the hotel in advance to pick up~ Very satisfied~

A few suggestions: The room type is Sunset Vista, which is just one room, with a large living room + a small bedroom. It is in the corner of the beach, a two-story building, and the snorkeling place is downstairs, which is very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the pier. It is recommended to contact the hotel at least one day in advance to inform where you will take the boat and the time to arrive at the port of Siquijor Island. The hotel staff will hold a sign and wait at the pier. If you bring children and take ordinary seats, it is recommended to buy tickets at the pier. Children are half price, and tickets purchased on the official website are not eligible. If you buy a business seat, there is no child ticket policy, and you can buy it through various channels. The resort can buy boat tickets on behalf of you, and you can consult at the hotel front desk. There are many boats going to Siquijor Island now, which can better arrange the time to go on and off the island. There are two flights a day between Siquijor Island and Cebu, stopping at Bohol Island, and you don’t need to get off the boat. The resort has to go to the other side of the protected area to play, and the scenery is more special. You need to have an original driver’s license to rent a motorcycle in Siquijor Island. You can also book a tutu car, and the service is very good. There is no need to travel around the island in its entirety, it is too long and there is nothing interesting to do afterwards. It is enough to just reach the waterfall. When visiting Xidao, you must pay attention to the opening hours of scenic spots and book various resources in advance. The model of going whenever you want in China does not work.
