"Writing second hand on behalf of brother and his wife whom I gifted this. The hotel stay was in celebration of her 40th birthday. I emailed the hotel prior to their stay to arrange a cake, they responded promptly and were able to organise a birthday cake for 15.50€. I was a little disappointed they proved two slices and not an actual small cake, nevertheless I appreciate the ease of communication with the hotel. Location was good by all accounts."

"The room is large, the facilities are new, the wooden floor is very clean, the location is very good, it's within 15 minutes' walk to Plaza de España, the Royal Palace, the Cathedral and the University of Seville, and it's even closer to the Golden Tower. The breakfast is rich, the service staff is very enthusiastic, and it's a very cost-effective hotel."

If we went to the wedding at 1:00 noon, we thought about getting dressed and tripped when we arrived at the hotel after 1:00, they told us The room is until 1.30, I think they are a bit busy, I don’t know if this is due to the lack of staff or something, everything else is fine"
