Pretty average hotel, the breakfast is OK and thanks for the lady help me with waffle machine! However, if you don’t have a car the location is not so good which takes more than 20 minutes walk from train station.

The only problem with this hotel is that the bed is too high. Everything else is very satisfactory, including a hearty breakfast!

The renovated rooms are worse, with vinyl floors that help you hear everything your neighbors above are doing in their rooms. Don't go to this hotel if you expect to get some sleep, because even when the people in the nearby rooms toss and turn in their beds, you can hear everything. I won't mention the "personal sounds" that we could hear. I don't know why a hotel would renovate rooms so cheaply as to make them noisier. Even though there is a lot of background "white noise" from the freeway next to the hotel, it is not loud enough to drown out the next rooms. The staff seems nice enough and are doing what they can with that they have, but this place has the feel that they are squeezing every nickel and cutting corners. Even the breakfast room shows something strange - a room divider made up of cardboard boxes! I'm surprised the fire department hasn't shut it down.

The attendant when I got there was not very friendly, the room was bad, the mattress, the sheets smell bad, there was a cockroach in the room.

I recently stayed at this Best Western and found the staff to be genuinely accommodating and helpful, which I appreciated. The general areas were clean and satisfactory. However, the guest room was in serious need of renovation—carpets and drapes were dirty, furniture drawers didn’t function, and the TV remote didn’t work. Additionally, the hotel parallels a busy highway, which may not be ideal for everyone and makes entry and exit by car somewhat challenging. With updates, this property could be much more appealing, but as it stands, the condition of the rooms detracted from the overall experience.
