It has been described time and again that this place is a paradise, and we can only agree. Everything was perfect, the welcome, the breakfast, dinner, the fantastic accommodation, the attention to detail, the very friendly and attentive staff and not forgetting the great hostess who always tries very hard to ensure that everyone is happy. I recommend staying in this hotel when you come to Siquijor. The scenery is very good and it is very photogenic. We stayed there for three consecutive days. Of course, you have to endure some inconveniences in this hotel. It is very far from the lively streets and you can't walk there. It is not convenient to call a taxi. There are no restaurants around. The hotel's own restaurant is OK, but there are fewer choices for dinner and the price is a bit expensive. If you want something more lively, you can choose Coco. If you like quiet, you can choose this one. It feels good to watch the sunset in the swimming pool.

I learned about Kawayan Holiday Resort thru a friend who visited Siquijor in 2023. I originally wanted to stay at another resort but it was fully booked for the Valentine weekend. The resort is around 30 minutes away from the Siquijor port, and a car or van ride is recommended. After entering the gate of the private property, you will not be impressed with the first few cottages because they look old and tiny. You will also be passing through a dirt road. As you reach the far end of the resort however, you will be greeted by a breathtaking view of the sea, a nice garden, and bigger-sized cottages. The service is good, and while buffet breakfast is not served, there are enough choices in the menu for appetizers, meat, fish, and pork dishes. I would recommend this resort for couples who value privacy and quiet relaxation. As the place is perched on a high cliff, only guests above 16 are allowed to stay there. The internet is fast, and the resort can arrange land and ferry transfers upon request.

I highly recommend this place if one is looking for a serene place to relax and unwind. The stairs leading to the beach is an allure of the property. The staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. We enjoyed ourselves without having to worry about rowdy crowds and loud patrons.

Très bon séjour au calme car éloigné de tout avec un personnel adorable. Bonnes plongées mais très chères pour le pays. Restaurant moyen sauf les diners du jour très bon. Le gros défaut c est le défilé quotidien et incessant des personnes de l extérieur qui viennent se prendre en photo sur l escalier menant à la mer et devant les transats de la piscine, vous vous retrouverez dans une attraction touristique, peut être rentable pour la propriétaire car l entrée est payante mais complètement décalée et irrespectueux pour les clients de l hôtel qui se retrouvent en maillot de bain devant des instagrameurs endimanchés. Cela a gâché notre séjour et nous aurions aimé en être informé avant de réserver
