The rooms are pretty good even though the facilities are not very complete

This was a comfortable stay. The rooms are quite and spacious. In the communal area, was complementary coffee and biscuits for everyone. The location is great for coffee shops and restaurants.

The building itself is nice but it is in need of a restoration. My room was spacious, but the beds were saggy and there's no air conditioner. The curtain does not cover the window completely so anybody in the hallway can look inside which is strange. They do have a strict rule of not allowing guests into the hotel. On a side note, they don't give you hand towels unless you ask for it. On the whole, my stay there was just ok, nothing really good or bad, that's the reason for an average rating.

El hotel esta bonito pero la verdad es que es muy sucio, esta lleno de humedad, no tiene ni una sola ventana el cuarto, no lo limpian bien.
el wifi es malisimo, lo unico que rescataria seria el trato de los encargados la verdad son muy amables.

This is a small, pleasant budget hotel in central San Jose. Not luxury, rooms have no windows, but wi-fi works great, location is good and front desk is very helpful in Spanish.
