We love Villas Del Rio and have returned 8 . It’s a safe and well cared for Oasis in the middle of Escazú. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and Dental offices across the street. A great place to stay while in San Jose.
They provide transportation to and from SJO and free breakfast daily.
The staff are friendly and helpful and they make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Mauricio is wonderful and has helped us a great deal with transportation and other services to enhance our visit.
Reasonably priced, secure gated Villas within walking distance to Escazu shopping and restaurants.

This hotel is a fantastic option for families who want more convenient accommodation than 1 standard hotel room. It has apartments with various numbers of bedrooms and full kitchen. The heated pool is very nice addition. Everything is very clean. The stuff is very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Huge property yet it is still so peaceful that you don't realise it consists of do many buildings. Rooms are great, lots of families, yummy breakfast, 24 hour mini market on the property. The staff are friendly, patient and kind, always ready with a smile. I have already recommended it to friends, and in the past week I have already returned! Lovely place

Todo fantástico con el hotel, empáticos y amables todo el tiempo, incluso tuvimos un upgrade y siempre fueron atentos con nuestras circunstancias especiales, tienen servicio para recogerte y llevarte al aeropuerto que se encuentra a más de 30 minutos y es algo económico, incluso puedes hacer cambio de divisa en el lobby, Super recomendado

It’s a nice place, a tropical island in the center of Escazu, great location, heated pool, decent breakfast, we got an upgrade for a bigger room, beds are comfortable, water is hot. Fully equipped kitchen, only wish to have a kitchen knife and some bigger coffee mugs instead of really small cups…

Very nice, clean and quiet place. Friendly staff. The breakfast is good. If you want an omelette, you will need to pay. Very convenient location. Across the street is a place to buy snacks and beverages. A few blocks away are restaurants. Its a place I would stay again.
