Check-in was quick and easy. The parking lot is on the underground first floor, and the lobby is up the stairs. The room was large and arranged at a relatively high level, so the view outside the window was very good, and you could see the city of San Jose. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a hot tub, which is very nice to relax before going to bed.

We stayed here just 1 night but everything was perfect. Great breakfast Great service Comfy bed.

The hotel is located in the city center and is easy to find. It takes less than 10 minutes by taxi to China Street. The hotel facilities are also relatively new. It is worth mentioning that the scenery outside the window is very good!
The disadvantages are that there are relatively few types of breakfast and the WiFi speed is average.

Restaurant and Breakfast is very good. Had issues with cockroaches in one room but they sprayed after I complained. Laundry is not organized or managed well. They have one machine which has a washer and drier that can be used separately. You pay US$17 then you get a key card for the 6th floor. The room may be locked but if not anyone can use it if your room is on the 6th floor. They told us it was only one unit but you can wash and dry independently. They told us one person was ahead of us and the wash take 2 hours but they made us wait longer saying it was in use. (washer or drier) they had no way of telling and no camera in the room.Should not offer laundry service if it is not managed so don't count on being able to use it.

Cockroaches all over the room. I’ve never experienced anything like that although I’ve stayed in many places all around the world. Cockroach was even on the pillow my daughter slept on.

I stayed at this property when it was The Park Inn by Radisson. It is a very clean, safe hotel. The staff is personable, and I don't recommend walking from downtown after dark.
