We came from La Paz to celebrate our anniversary and had a great time at Bel Air Sun Club Los Cabos. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted very professionally by the Chief Concierge Mario, who gave us all the information about the activities at the hotel. Our room was very spacious, clean and had a great view of the sea. For the price, it offers great quality and all the advantages of a high-class hotel. We were very happy and satisfied with the facilities and the service and we have nothing but thanks to all the friendly staff who served us.

I stayed at BelAir SunClub this weekend due to the remodeling of my house and was pleasantly surprised by the service and attention, especially that of the Chief Concierge who helped us during our stay with all the information and assistance we needed. The adults-only pool was the best, very close to my room, quiet and with jacuzzis.

I was really surprised, despite the bad reviews, I think it is a very good hotel. I have been to many hotels of much better caliber and I can say that this one really does not deserve the score it has. It is clear about its details, especially in the rooms and room buildings, but in itself all the facilities for general use are quite good. The food is excellent, the service is very good but not excellent. I think that with good maintenance to the rooms and rooms areas, its score could go up quite a bit. We were not able to try the kids club because it is always closed so I cannot give an opinion on that. The truth is, a round of applause to Yolanda, the pool waitress, who does an excellent job. Angel, the pool waitress, is very good too. There is a towel attendant who is quite friendly (he has a Cuban accent or something like that). The hostess in charge of the Risotto restaurant, I think, is called Angelica, she is also excellent. The Bel Air Bel Boys are quite friendly and helpful, very well trained in service. The activities and events are very good and fun. The only bad thing for me was the music at the pool, which was horrible. I'm not against genres, but in the family pool they played music that kids shouldn't listen to, and families shouldn't either. I think that in this aspect you have a LOT of music options to play to make everything perfect, and in the end you'll relax too. The music was what drove us away from the pool to the point where I was like, "No more." Things to improve and that could lower the rating: - There are a lot of options for the music they play at the pool. I think they should look at other hotels or clubs to see how the atmosphere can be improved. I think that more hardcore music is used in the adult pool, not vice versa. - Maintenance and more attention to the rooms and buildings (hallways, etc.), all the other facilities were perfect. - Next to the beach bar there is always a smell of drainage, it would be good to check it. - The reception staff at BelAir need to improve. The 3 people who attended to me need training. They always gave me details, but that made my stay bad. - Notify the customer upon arrival that if they want to stay longer after checkout they have to pay. - Pay attention to the kids club, more promotion is needed.
