Stayed a night on arrival and a week later ahead of departure -mostly for the location near the airport and their shuttle service. Friendly hotel staff, clean room and comfortable beds were appreciated. Unfortunately, guests outside were noisy and loud late into the evening, making it difficult to sleep. Shuttle from the airport on arrival was perfect and 4:30 am shuttle to the airport was great!

My wife and I stayed at the Cactus Inn Los Cabos and had a great stay. We stayed one night and took the free transsport to the airport the next morning. And I do mean morning. They gave us a 3:30 A.M. wake up and the van was there to take us to the airport for3:45 We got to the airport quickly. The check in and check out was fast and easy. We stayed in unit 3 which was patio. The bed was unbelieveably comfortable and the room very very clean. The shower was great and refreshing. Had plenty of hot water. I would definitely stay there again

The towels were dirty, there were flying bugs, ants were everywhere. All they offered after spraying 3x is to come back for a complimentary stay. The sheets were dingy, Never again will I try and save money and land in somewhere like this You get what you pay for

Staying here now and the room is comfortable and clean. And price is right as a little over $50. Cons - very poor internet particularly in afternoon/evening. Also it was really noisy last night - guests were singing yelling, and making a ruckus. They need to tell guests to behave themselves. It is far from town but Uber works well here in San Jose del Cabo.

No promised breakfast on Sunday. and no nearby restaurants open near by. bed okay, couldn't figure out tv so didn't use. thin walls, noisy partying neighbours til midnight 9we had a early flight to catch). price was good but not worth it.
