BELLO LUGAR CON FALTA DE AMOR POR SU PROPIETARIO
El lugar está falta de mantenimiento, sucio hasta debajo de la cama, es muy lindo, falta de amor departe del propietario ya que se presta porque es muy bonito

Las sábanas estaban todas rasgadas como viejas, las fundas manchadas. En la recepción no es tan rápida la atención después de las 6. Se pagó por escribir algo en la cama lo cual ignoraron por completo y escribieron otra cosa totalmente diferente.

De verdad el hotel es una maravilla.. vista excelente... comida exquisita... el ambiente es muy romántico y acogedor... mi pareja y yo no nos arrepentimos del lugar cuando llegamos!!! nos encanto todo al principio pero a decir verdad... cuando quisimos utilizar el jacuzzi este no funcionaba!!! estábamos de aniversario y se lo hicimos saber a la colaboradora a lo que ella respondió "disculpen ahora no funciona" no haciendo seguimiento alguno para verificar si se podía hacer algo al respecto... no le vimos iniciativa de ayudarnos!!! luego quisimos extender nuestra estadía para salir al día siguiente la cual nos dijo un "NO!! ye tenemos reservado!!!" nosotros residimos en escazu lo cual también se lo hicimos saber ya que nos quedaba algo incomodo regresarnos muy tarde!! no nos pudimos quedar!!! no pudimos utilizar el jacuzzi!!! Pero aparte de eso!! nos encanto el lugar!!! Suponemos nada de los puntos anteriores dependía de ella!!! entendemos!! esperamos regresar pronto porque es seguro que es un lugar excelente para alejarse de la sociedad tener un rato de paz y tranquilidad....

Es una farsa! Todo sucio, la piscina y jacuzzi parecian mas un pantano que otra cosa, pesima atencion y la comida horrible! La habitacion era como un calabozo, todo se escucha de otras habitaciones....lo mas ironico es que tienen en la habitacion una canastita pidiendo propina!!!! lo mejor fue cuando salimos de ahi...... no se embarquen....
