Despite repeated assurances from management that the issue had been resolved, I continued to face the same problem. It became an exhausting cycle of contacting my bank and the hotel to get charges reversed. Even worse, they repeatedly placed large holds on my card without explanation or consent, severely impacting access to my funds. This isn’t just a one-time error — it reflects deep flaws in their billing system and management practices. Based on my experience, this seems to be a recurring issue, not an isolated incident. 🔴 Avoid this hotel if possible. The time, stress, and financial inconvenience are not worth the risk. We never travelled there - our plans changed like 5 days before we were to travel. We tried online to cancel the stay, but it said the charges were not refundable. (We did not call the location directly)
In addition, we were going to be charged $150 each for the 2 pets we were going to bring - we are used to pet fees, but $300 - really
We also got a “Form Email” hoping we enjoyed our stay - even though we never checked in.

The king suite with the bedroom was a nice option for us. It feels very much like an executive suite, but even though we were on a family vacation it was comfortable. The only real downsides were no ceiling fan in the bathroom, and the A/C was weak. There was a few strange choices at breakfast, but enough good food for everyone. The staff was very helpful and the facilities are great.
