Hyatt House San Jose Airport

The Hyatt House San Jose Airport is one of my favorite hotels. I have stayed at this hotel 3-4 nights per week for work over the last seven months. The customer service is excellent. The staff (Jean, Jose, and team) always welcome me, even before I reach the front desk; that's next level customer service. Also, after trying several hotels in the city, the location is major advantage. The hotel is close to the airport, but you do not experience the random traffic chaos you would expect being that close. You can take the light rail station is across the street, takes 10-15 minutes to events downtown San Jose. So, no worrying about parking, which I enjoy. I can take the 60 bus to the BART, ACE, and Caltrain stations for trips to San Francisco, Berkeley, etc. The one challenge I have experienced is a crowded parking lot when there are major events (tech, sports, etc., in the area when the hotel is sold out). Still, there are much more upsides, like the housekeeping team; they do an amazing job keeping the rooms clean. Susan in the kitchen, makes a delicious omelette. I even get packages delivered to that location because the staff members are fantastic at their jobs. I hope you will consider this hotel for your next stay.

This hotel was a great surprise for how well kept it is, and perfect for our family of 6. Not only was tyne hotel clean, rooms super clean, the full kitchen was perfect; but the breakfast was awesome. Especially the omelet bar. I highly recommend booking this place for a family. The price is actually much lower too for what you get.
