I am not a complainer and i appreciate all the hard working staff at this hotel. Location is very convenient. My main issues is the maintainence of the aging building. Elevator is frustratingly slow for only 4 story building. Electric door lock fails. Air conditioning system could not shut off. The main problem is the electricity stopped working in our last day. We had a long road trip ahead the next day to Las Vegas. So we needed our phones to be charged up. And our ice packs were not cold to keep our drinks cold for the long road trip ahead. Really made our trip for our family inconvenient. I am shocked as this is a Hilton brand name hotel which normally has good quality control.

Don't expect too much from the American hotel industry, it's just average. The hotel is conveniently located in a small town, the parking lot is large and free, but I can't get used to the fact that there are no slippers. In addition, the hotel rooms are cleaned every other day. It's better not to book an accessible room, because the shower head is only one and a half meters high, and who knows, it will flood the whole bathroom

Booked here on the recommendation of a friend. It's very clean and cost-effective. It's not far from the city. It takes about 15-20 minutes to drive. It only takes more than 20 minutes to drive to the Stanford campus. The hotel has a simple breakfast and there is no resort fee.
