Wasn’t too happy staying here. He didn’t give me back my drivers license When I was checking
out. Why even ask for the drivers license when you’re checking out. I was also charged

The customer service wasnt the best could have been better. The maid service was bad. They didnt even change out ny room, had ro get clewn towels muself. Then after i check2d out, i get an emailed invoice with wwird transactions. Im still going in circles trying to get my deposit fee back. There should be no reason for them to keep it.

Not a fan, pillows were hard, very grungy, run down hotel. Carpets stained in the lobby, and the room we were in was yucky looking. The sink was missing the stopper, the flooring was all damaged and warped Gang writing on the mirror when i got out of the shower from the fog you could tell it wasn’t cleaned prior to my stay

The bed was VERY comfortable. The room smelled clean and fresh, the air was on. The carpet in the hall is stained and the hall was stuffy, but that is not what I stayed for. The room was quiet. The room was a great value for the price. Recommended to friends who were attending the same tournament and they also had a good stay.

Good location in Lodi. However, this Suite is in direct violation to Handicapped Accessible Regional Area National Laws and Regulations.
General Manager George was a rude male chauvinist, unwilling to refund a poor young injures widow.
