Hotel excelente, con terrazas desde la fachada al mediterráneo y a la espalda el mar menor. Pese a la concurrencia en el hotel nunca tuve problema para coger el ascensor. La habitación normal, con nevera, limpia, las camas cómodas. El buffet abundante, con alimentos como paellas, huevos fritos o pescados y carnes hechos al momento. El entorno es una zona vacacional, por los que en temporada baja las tiendas y muchos establecimientos están cerrados. Con tres líneas de bus al lado del hotel, a Cartagena, Cabo de Palos y Murcia, por lo que a estos lugares no vale la pena contratar excursiones del INSERSO. Me consta que en el hotel hay actividades y animación, aunque no hicimos uso de este servicio.

Todo muy bien, pero hace mucho frío en las zonas compartidas Cerca de Murcia Cerca de Cartagena Cerca del cabo de Palos En temporada baja todo está cerrado Los centros médicos y farmacias están cercanos Los comunicaciones son buenas, los buses urbanos tienen buena frecuencia y los conductores de los mismos son serviciales más allá de su cometido

Un 4 estrella la dejaría en un 3 estrella lo único bueno que tiene una bonita vista, comida nefasta repetitiva, muy incómodo para comer las mesas muy juntas y las sillas , la cama se movía sola tenía vida propia incomoda mucho ruido, la habitación las paredes de papel, el personal camareros no todos muy seco con mal humor no volveré más.

Food was of a very poor standard, everything that was supposed to be hot was cold and when I complained to the duty manager I was told Spanish people eat hot food cold and I should use the microwave to heat the food. The duty manager Anna was very rude towards me so we let 2 days early after a single night stay.

El paisaje precioso pagamos un suplemento para tener habitación con vistas a el mar menor ideal los atardeceres y amanecer hacia mucho aire lleguemos el 26 de enero estaban pintando pero no importa el hotel estaba muy frío pero en un par de días estaba normal nosotros estuvimos en el 2018 todavía había el hotel fantasma y ahora menuda diferencia volveremos cuando podamos

Muchisima gente y poco camarero para limpiar tanta mesa. Habia que esperar un rato. Poca variedad de comidas. Habitaciones muy limpias. El Todo Incluido solo incluye 2 bebidas por persona.🙄 Y una bolsita de frutos secos para compartir entre las 3 personas que ibamos. La mascota nos dijeron 20 EU/ noche. Al llegar a recepción me dicen que cobran por dias, viernes, sabado y domingo. Total la mascota 60 euros por las dos noches de estancia.

Es un sitio ideal, limpio y con personal muy profesional, buffet muy completo y variado (y sabroso) con gimnasio y animación. Los bares están bien ubicados y es muy espacioso en su planta baja, lo que permite pasear sin agobios. Tiene zona de juegos y salón con televisión amplia...
