This maybe just a small misunderstanding. I was made feel accountable for a bottle of water in the fridge at check out because it didn’t match the hotels brand. I did not put the bottle there so it made check out very awkward for me. The check in experience was wonderful with Roy. The team involved in the water debacle needs opportunity feedback on how NOT make a customer feel unwelcomed. The young lady who tossed the bottle of water into the bed so that it flew off and rolled under the bed… dramatic for me. lol. This hotel is beautiful. Good luck with your stay.

Sinceramente fue la experiencia mas rara y mala que he tenido en un hotel, primera noche nos dan una cabina q no sirve el aire, se cambia a una habitacion en la que no se podia dormir por que habia un "palenque" musica hasta la 130 de la manana, al siguiente dia habia un karaoke excesivamente alto, la cabina tenia azulejos faltantes en el baño, y en general se veia descuidad... debido al escandalo terminamos cancelando y perdiendo la noche para irnos a otro lugar

Juan gives personalized information on the surrounding area. He helped us immediately when we were having car problems. He found us a reliable reasonably priced mechanic,

si lo que quieres es un lugar de descanso, para cargar baterías y seguir tu viaje, definitivamente este NO es el lugar.... el día que me hospedé tenían algún evento con música en vivo y karaoke a todo volumen... como si se tratara de un bar / discoteca, se detuvieron hasta ser las 12:17am... mientras tanto los huéspedes que no estaban en el evento no pudimos dormir...

que lastima que la hotelera del sur haya caído tanto en calidad de sus habitaciones, si bien es cierto precio calidad, están de la mano, no puede ser posible que para bañarse hay que hacer malabares porque llega muy poca agua y tras de eso no llega el agua caliente. Para la próxima prefiero hospedarme en otro lugar, también la limpieza no es de lo mejor. De verdad que perdieron un cliente y de es una lastima que le den tan mal mantenimiento a las habitaciones

The resort is three hours from San Jose Airport. Two hours from the beach. Four to five hours from the Panama border. It was suppose to be all inclusive but the manager told me I had to pay for my meals. Staff was nice, friendly & accommodating. The telephone number that was listed was incorrect. I wasn't given a tour of the resort facilities.

Son las 10:10 pm y tenemos UNA FIESTA a la par de la habitación. No es posible que al momento de la reservación no adviertan que no hay uno, sino dos conciertos que se escuchan desde el cuarto, gritos,… llamamos a recepción y no hubo solución más que pasarnos de cuarto a estas horas, a otro en el que probablemente se escucha igual. Además el aire acondicionado no funciona bien. Pésima experiencia!
