Algunos personas funcionarios amables. Otros indiferentes. Se fue la electricidad, no contaban con planta o la instalación para utilizar otra planta eléctrica. Por lo que no había aire acondicionado. La habitación sin ventanas. Las instalaciones están en regular estado. Un desayuno de alta calidad y variedad.

We stayed on Valentine’s Day and scored reservations for a delicious dinner while a beautiful singer serenaded us. It was perfect. They had a photo station set up. Afterwards we walked the property and enjoyed the beautiful night and pretty gardens. Will definitely be staying here again.

Buenas tardes. El servicio al cliente estuvo genial. Todos muy amables y atentos nos resolvieron nuestras peticiones extra ŕápido. La comida en el restaurante deliciosa. La actividad del día de los enamorados muy bonita excelente música.
Sin embargo las dos noches que estuvimos nos costó mucho descansar debido a que la habitación no tenía cortinas si no persianas y se metia toda la luz del pasillo y del patio, y porque al quedar entre abiertas no había privacidad ya que desde afuera se ve al interior de la habitación lo cual nos hizo sentir incómodos. Nuestra recomendación es cambiarlas por cortinas.
