Parfait séjour, très bon emplacement tout proche du sanctuaire de Padre Pio,
Bel hôtel très propre, et personnel très serviable.

Hotel vicinissimo alla Chiesa antica di S.Maria delle Grazie, raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Dispone di un piccolo garage nel quale, pagando, si può riservare un posto auto. Struttura completamente ristrutturata, le camere sono pulite ed ordinate anche se la nostra non era molto grande. Personale disponibile.

Alla reception mi era stato detto che avrebbero applicato uno sconto... Invece di €54,00 la singola, 48 euro scontata. Bene! Poi con rammarico, mi accorgo che in piena estate, 9 luglio 2024, la doccia funziona ad intermittenza: esce acqua calda e fredda insieme!! Ti scotti e ti raffreddi!! In bagno zero schermatura degli infissi: tapparella elettrica non funzionante. Pulizia della camera inesistente: capelli in doccia per tre giorni! Allora, cosa ce ne facciamo di una struttura bella ma non funzionante? Reception fantasma: durante l'intero arco della giornata (tranne qualche ora al mattino per ricevere i nuovi arrivati), il cliente è abbandonato a sé stesso. Colazione ridicola: macchina automatica o colazione al loro angolo bar a pagamento! Mi chiedo quanto vi stia a cuore il benessere del cliente... Ci tenete che ritorni o che vada via per sempre? Allora, cosa ce ne facciamo di una struttura bella ma non funzionante? Qualità/prezzo discutibile. Vi consiglio di scegliere una struttura soprattutto funzionante!
