You need to have a car to go to other cities or buy a bus ticket at reception. Clean and well-accommodated place but with animals/insects. Right in the middle of the forest. Very good restaurant.

Drie dagen met een camper op deze camping gestaan om San Gimignano te kunnen bezoeken. Vanaf deze camping is het met de fiets supergoed te doen om naar San Gimignano te fietsen. Ik kon uit mooie ruime plekken voor de camper kiezen. Het sanitair was erg schoon. Het eten in het restaurant was goed. Vriendelijk personeel. Een prima plek om als vrouw alleen te staan.

Abbiamo soggiornato quest’anno per la seconda volta per qualche giorno al camping. Abbiamo alloggiato in una mobile home nella zona alta del campeggio, a pochi passi da tutti i servizi presenti. Il campeggio é molto ordinato, silenzioso e ben fornito. La presenza della piscina comunale a pochi passi (a cui si accede gratuitamente se ospiti del camping) è la ciliegina sulla torta. Il campeggio é vicinissimo a San Gimignano, 45 minuti da Siena e un’ora da Volterra. Abbiamo fatto vari giri e visitato diverse città, comodo se si viaggia in auto. Ben accetti i cani e senza costi aggiuntivi!

Il camping ha una buona posizione rispetto a San Gimignano, all’interno però l’organizzazione dovrebbe essere più chiara. Ad esempio, gli orari di ingresso e uscita non combaciano con le corriere previste nel caso in cui si alloggi nella casa mobile nella parte bassa del campeggio. A questo proposito non è specificato, se non nelle recensioni, che il camping si sviluppa in altezza perciò il dislivello è elevato. Per spostarsi da giù a su, è previsto un sentiero ( non comodo alla sera) o una strada molto pendente. Nel caso in cui si scelga la macchina, gli orari sono limitanti. All’interno della casa mobile, era tutto come descritto, tenuto in buono stato e pulito. La reception a qualunque ora si è resa disponibile a rispondere ai quesiti o alle necessità. La piscina e i capi sportivi sono un buon servizio, ma sempre leggermente ( 150 mt) di distanza, esterni al campeggio.

tornando dall'Elba ho voluto dividere il viaggio in 2 tappe. dopo varie peripezie (addio booking) siamo arrivati in questo bel campeggio dove siamo stati benissimo sia per dormire che per mangiare. personale gentilissimo e competente, location molto bella e tranquilla. penso proprio che torneremo per stare un po' di più.

Très beau camping a côté du château de San Gimignano Accueil normal Nous avons demandé un emplacement van, c'était soit disant le dernier nous nous sommes retrouvé entouré d'enfants assez bruyant, nous avons vu que dans le parking verde il y avait seulement 1 van nous aurions pu y stationner Et 43€ pour un emplacement van sans électricité, néon dans toilette femme qui ne fonctionne pas, sèche main qui ne fonctionne pas, lumière très très faible dans le toilettes je trouve cela vraiment trop cher Toilette très loin de l'emplacement quand vous avez une envie pressante c'est pas top Restaurant du camping hors de prix Je trouve cela extrêmement cher pour les services proposés

Notre lit dans un Mobil home a été envahi, pendant notre sommeil, par des fourmis lors de la quatrième nuit, provoquant notre fuite à l aurore . Le patron a refusé de nous rembourser cette nuit, allant jusqu'à prétexter que c était de notre faute, de ne pas l avoir prévenu lors de la vue de la première fourmi , pendant les premiers jours !!!!
